This person that own this place is very rude and disrespectful. I order from him and the ribs was RAW. With blood and the potatoes salad was very dried up. I call him to let him know, there was no apology and he hang up on me. I was really disappointed in his response after paying him $18 and even tips him $2.50. He should not be in business with that attitude. NEVER AGAIN will you ever get a penny from me including my friends and family members.
Excellent BBQ! I ordered the brisket Philly and fries and it was awesome! The gentleman that prepared my food help me decide what to order and was very nice. The fries were way better than expected and the brisket was beautifully smoked while retaining a the juices. Great place. It also doesn't hurt that you can go into flipside and have a beer while you wait. Definitely going back.
Always great food and the guys that run it are great. I have stopped by a few times and they are the best truck in the lineup. Try their brisket Philly or the Mac n cheese loaded with pork and their special fixings. ??
NEXT LEVEL BRISKET FRIES. Friendly, fast, delish. Massive serving compared to most BBQ in PDX. ( How to live to be 85- joyously eat loaded brisket fries.)
Great food and lots of it. Big portions. If you want barbque try 76 BBQ. Ribs are so good. Will be going back in the future for sure. Chicken was so good and moist not dried out big chunks of brisket. Yummy!
I’ve tried this cart twice, both times I was pretty disappointed not so much by the food that was mediocre at best but by the staff. Today I brought my son who experiences autism. The trip was meant to build his self esteem and help him order while trying something new. The employee working was extremely rude and when he was asked a question about the menu. I wanted to know what their meals included and what the difference between regular meals and sliders. This man seriously looked at me and my two kids and said the menu is self explanatory. Still confused and my son starting to feel uneasy, I tried clairfiying. The man gave me answers of lbs of brisket, instead of clarifying the menu. I ended up just ordering quickly and not even close to what we were looking for. My son could hardly enjoy the time after this, and he kept asking what we did to make him mad with us. This is a trash food cart. Their employees don’t care about the food or anyone that’s buying it. They treated me less than, and made fun of my autistic sons anxiety. Like let’s do better. Sad that this is how people who are just trying get treated. I love flip side but I will never buy bbq from here again. I hope y’all gain some heart.
The corn fritters were very overcooked with little flavor. The sandwiches are not bad, the meat seemed a tad overcooked. The ribs are okay but had too much cayenne pepper. The slaw was good. The service was friendly and great!

So, I won't be rude because that's not helpful to people looking at reviews to decide whether to eat somewhere, and I know running a business is hard... but the food is really, really disappointing.I had the chicken sandwich, and it was... okay, which is why the 2 star. It's about comparable to a chain restaurant sandwich, though. However, the fries were really over-done, tough, and hard to get down. The cole slaw was what was the nail in the coffin. I am probably the least picky eater, and I couldn't do it. It was basically shredded cabbage with not great seasoning thrown on the top. No moisture at all, and pretty much inedible. I was excited to try this place because I LOVE bbq, and I've really been wanting a local place near me to have good bbq... but unfortunately this ain't it :( Sorry, guys.
If this isn’t the most perfect bbq local to me, then idk what is!The in house sauces, rubs, etc are ALL on point!I tell so many people about this place
