Long wait, food isn't bad though. I was a little more verbally upset than normal due to my kid crying and watching them making door dash orders first. I think on a different day I might have been calmer and thought better of my experience.
Don’t trust the driver or anything. Aften H. didn’t deliver the drinks to the combo. Seriously how hard is two drinks. I even tipped 8$ on a $26 dollar order, so no one can say I didn’t treat well. I just placed an order and was fully disappointed by not getting everything.
Horrible customer service. went to pick up my food three times (figuring third time is a charm to get them the benefit of doubt) and was hassled each time. I don't think I'll be a customer of theirs any longer. The sign on the door says to be patient with them due to staffing shortages which in normal circumstances would be appropriate but when you walk in and are instantly hassled, all patients goes out the window. Buffalo wild wings is worth the drive compared to this place, plus BW's wings are better.
Don't get your wings here! Terrible management. They ruined my order with the wrong sauce and fries were soggy. I called immediately and was told the Mgr. Stoffe would call me back next day. 5 calls later and still he refused to talk with me. I called my Visa company and they refunded my money . How do they think treating customers this way is good business???
The manager here is not friendly. Treated my friend very poorly, and wasn’t going to give him the food he had already paid for. Read through the other reviews and you’ll see it’s not the first time someone has had a run in with the manager. For the love of wings, figure out how to treat your customers.
When Wingstop first opened it was our favorite wings. Ate them 2-3 times a week. Then, it went downhill fast. The last 3 times we got burnt unedible wings, bone-in and tenders. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED???
Top notch service. Called to check the wait time as it seems to be a hot topic here. Spot on, maybe waited 5 minutes. Micheal(spellcheck) super friendly and multitasking as like everywhere, short staffed. Slight miscommunication, but Micheal went out of his way (called us ASAP) to rectify the situation.
First time at any Wingstop. Ordered online. Lots of choices and easy to order. Wasn't sure of portion size so ordered more. Didn't want any hungry teenagers. Portions were great. Regular fries were a bit soggy. Cheese ones were good. Got many different flavors on wings all good and spicy. Ordered on a Sunday night at 430pm. Order was ready in 20 min to be picked up like website said. Order was accurate and hot.
Its always good. The service is pretty good. I feel bad cause they are so short staffed and all working so hard.
Keep it up all!! Don't forget the side dressings and veggies!
