has made my last couple orders wrong. This visit they misspoke and told me my total was 22 dollars. I was charged 29. when I got a receipt it then had a burger I didn't order on it. I went back to tell them there was a mistake and the person told me he heard something else. I wasn't upset till he was aggressive with his comments. I am usually very patient with ppl but i think i will avoid this place
When somebody asks for a smaller crispy chicken please don’t give them one of your huge chicken patties thinking it’s like a bonus or something. They taste completely different and ruins the whole sandwich. I ordered a crispy chicken for a reason. I wouldn’t have said something if this wasn’t the first time
Bad and unfriendly service is the norm here in the drive through. Last experience the cashier was rude, handed me my order, shut the window without a word, question, or acknowledgment but had lots of laughs and fun with coworkers. Had to knock to get a copy of my receipt and got more silent rudeness for the effort. Sorry for being an inconvenience by being a customer. I won’t be back.
Disappointing. Usually the food is good and service is good. Not today. The guy taking orders couldn't get it right then I had to wait at the window and remind him I didn't get the drink that comes with the meal. The egg on my wife's sandwich was grossly over cooked.
I bought a Biggie bag. They made the burger the way I like my burgers. The chicken nuggets were tasty. The Coca-Cola I had tasted kind of funny to me but I'm not a Coca-Cola fan. The service was quick and polight. I went through the drive through but I think you can go in with a mask on.
I asked for a burger, fries and some sauce. 3 items. They forget the sauce. I have to drive all the way back through their drive through (which is always packed). They are actually trash at their jobs.Every time I come through here they are the most unprofessional, lazy, and seemingly incredibly unhappy workers out of almost every Oregon city fast food place. (And most are pretty bad so that's saying something.)Don't come here. It's not worth your time.
This place is pretty good. I eat here once a month or more, and they always get our order correct, and while the line is often long, it moves pretty fast.
Came for dinner ?, drive through was busy but moving and the restaurant was open and they also have outdoor seating. The restaurant was not busy and seemed clean and all tables are open. Service was great, our orders were accurate and good. Located on Molalla Avenue right across from Safeway. Like most every businesses during these times they are hiring!!!?
Literally mess up my order 90% of the time. I dont even order a lot. One burger in a combo, always end up with wrong one. Check ur bag before you leave, they are notorious for this.
Dining room never open here. The drive through line is atrocious. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Employee was standing outside the exit next to the drive through window smoking a vape pen that smelled like weed. I will never come back here again. My feedback here is based on the multiple unpleasant experiences. I've had. I have never had a good one here.
