Great fries! And the burger was pretty damn good as well, it's debatable weather or not it's 15$ good or not but with the majority of thier clientele being lawyers and judges from the courthouse across the street they have no lack of customers willing to fork over 15$ for a burger and fries. Personally I'd rate it as a 12$ burger cause Carl's Jr has several great burgers for less than that. Idk those fries might make it a 13 burger but that's it...
The recently remodeled whiskey lounge is such a nice atmosphere. It felt like walking back in time to a speakeasy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again!
My buddies took me there after long day at work and I didn't have time to change don't know if that had something to do with it because I wasn't wearing my Sunday best. My buddies ordered a French dip which the liked and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger to be cooked medium and it did take awhile to get the food probably because they really overcooked it. It came out like a hockey puck, and this would be the same person cooking their filet mignon it was pretty dark in the room and with a quick glance the waitress knew exactly what I was about to say and she said it herself that it was well done hopefully me being Mexican didn't play a part in this incident being I was in Oregon city a heavily Republican area. It just gave me a weird vibe her knowing it was served to me that way and I never get food replaced if I send it back I just simply finished my drink and didn't eat . Definitely would not recommend if your not a regular because why would I order medium if I didn't know the difference. Eith everything being priced as it is during pandemic I should get what I ordered how I ordered always very respectful and we did leave a tip.
Please note this review is for their food cart located at corner 14 in Oregon city. I had such a great experience with the guys in the truck the night I went. They were having some technical difficulties but handled it professionally and I was still able to get my grub on. Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese for me that evening. Couldn't have been happier. So much food! Great price. Mac had so much flavor and was the extra creamy kind of Mac that I love. Chicken was cooked well and it was served piping hot! Will be back over and over again.

The beef fromthe burgers is locally sourced and the Tex Mex eggrolls are phenomenal!This is a place that exudes the passion and lovenot only by the owners, Jake and Tessa, but by theentire staff. When you visit ask, Taylor one of themany amazing craft cocktail specialist to create aflavorful whiskey sour. The staff treat you like familyand you will not be disappointed.
I wanted to love The Verdict because it's been on my list to visit for ages and is close to home. We ordered off the happy hour menu and found the Mac n cheese very salty and the steak bites underwhelming. Luckily the price point was good for happy hour. The Empress Sour drink was excellent. We'll give it another try to see if it was just an off night for food.
The steak was great, the lemon drop was strong. The beer was so so. There apitizers were not worth it.The server we got treated us like three was sitting wrong with us, the wait for our food was ridiculous. I'm pretty sure they forgot about us.I only say these things because on observation she was much nicer to the other patrons and even people who got there way street us got there food first.
They were open on Christmas day which was nice, but their menu prices were outdated.Beware, the happy hour appetizers are evidently each $1 more than they say they are on the menu. This is the reason for 4 ouf it 5 stars. Will likely dine here again.
We had dinner on Xmas eve, we got excellent service, we were a large group of 8, we never felt rushed and were always attended to! The food is deelish, and they also offer wine corking which was great! Our server Katelyn was awesome!! So friendly and great at helping us decide what to order!! Thank for a wonderful family dinner!!
My wife and I went there for a little late evening date. We got the spinach artichoke dip and the steak bites. We really enjoyed both of them. More importantly, the staff were great. They were attentive and friendly— which isn’t a given now a days… So many places are up tight. And they were not.
