Our family recently celebrated a birthday brunch here and were able to reserve the private room. The entire experience was top-notch, from start to finish. Our server, El, was absolutely fantastic! They sang to us multiple times and was a delight with the little ones we had in our group. Next time we come here, we're going to specifically request El! The food and drinks were amazing; everyone in our party was super satisfied and happy with their choices. And when it came time for the check, it wasn't an issue at all to split the bill up between five different parties. What a great experience this was! We'll definitely be back!
Could have been better service. Reserved a room for a baby shower and only a few employees were accommodating. Service was very very slow. A friend ordered some fried chicken and they served it burnt, then the server tried to say that it was the color of the powder that was used. All in all will more than likely never go back or recommend. I realize everyone can have a different experience at the same place, so if you do decide to go here I hope it's a better experience than what we had.
Our first experience with the lunch dinner side of The Hive, We were not greeted waited quite a while and decided to leave get a coffee at the café next to the restaurant which was absolutely fabulously done by our barista, A short dark hair very bubbly outgoing personality happy person, and our coffee and hot chocolates were done perfectly and very yummy and scrumptious… Our second visit to the coffee shop proved to be otherwise, our barista seemed very depressed and unhappy with her job never smiled at us never was friendly to us our coffee and hot chocolate were not delicious at all not even hot so we decided that we won’t ever go back again, And in this time of our world being so crazy we go places to have a good time and to be treated well and to converse and have good conversation and happy times and the hive proved to be the opposite except for those two people that we encountered that caused us to want to come back which was our barista and a Bartender/server who was so awesome it made us stay the first time and have a meal which was pretty dang good but as far as the service other than them they have proved to be less than satisfactory so we have decided never to go back sorry to say

Great place. Looks like a small place but it’s new and elegant interior is voluminous. There’s a quaint and cozy bar in the back. I stopped for coffee and a bagel.
Had breakfast here. So delicious! My social club sandwich was perfect. Coming back strictly because of the tomato chutney. This place has a little bit of everything. A romantic bar area, great lunch spot and quick visit Cafe. Strongly recommend the iced dirty chai. Love love LOVE it here.

I've been coming to the hive social regularly over the past several weeks and I can't be more pleased with the environment, the staff, and their product. Chris, their dinnertime bartender is a true master of his art and goes out of his way to accommodate every need of his guests. The head chef Joe is perfectly complimented in a wonderful and elevated menu. Their attention to detail, and uncompromising drive to create the very best dining experience, whether it be a sumptuous brunch or intimate dinner has been a true treat. The very best Oregon city has to offer.Do yourself a favor and treat yourself, your love, and your family to this incredible establishment.
Impressed with the flavors of the food, however both hamburger patties of my burger were mostly pink. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the hamburger to be cooked properly. Plus the drinks and portion sizes are not big. I only rate this a 3 for flavor but there are much better restaurants out there. I'm not impressed with this place.
