So I drove 25 Miles to this place for ARDBEG DAY after desperately waving and calling for the attention of a hostess or any server finally got 2 sips of ardbeg even though I ordered 4 whiskey combos. Never could get it fixed, so i paid and left.Probably worst service and most overpriced ever.It's cheaper to drink at timberline lodge.
A little seedy looking on the outside and limited parking, but inside a very authentic style British Pub. Great fast and polite service, full menu with traditional British pub food and good selection of bottled and on tap beers. My wife had the fish and chips and she liked it very much. She ordered the small portion which had 4 pieces of fish and was huge I had the Steak and mushroom pie and it was great. We will come back here the next time we are in Oregon City.
This was my second time at this restaurant and again impressed. I think they have the best Reuben I've ever had. Service was great and food came to the table hot.
Great experience with great company. This place I can say has never disappointed, great food quality and taste, was a bit busy so it happens sometimes you don't always get everything you order. Overall pretty good. go already! Enjoy a beer and a view.
Absolutely loved this place!!!! I can’t wait to come back and become a regular!!! I ate upstairs and loved the atmosphere of this place. I could sit there for hours and enjoy it. Plus you add the really great food and this place is going to be hard to forget. I’ll be back the following week to try something new!
Based on 1 visit: While it's a nice atmosphere and the service was very good, the food is mostly meh (my cottage pie was barely warm and fairly bland, the steak and mushroom pie flavorful yet too salty. The best dish was the Scottish egg appetizer). They don't have a Scottish style ale.
It was so good, I painted my face, put on a kilt, and threw my derriere towards King Edward.By the time I left, I was full of Scotch Egg, a Beef Stew, Toffee drizzled something, and a nice beer.You can't really go wrong here. Staff is great, customers were friendly and my Cold wet rainy Sunday was warmed from the inside...The take away... is definitely not freedom. It's something else, less healthy but very comforting like a wool man's skirt.
Such a classic pub in such an unexpected location. The full English breakfast was outstanding! We also tried the scotch egg and it was excellent.
Great food, great atmosphere, great beer and whiskey list. I'll be back when back in town.
This place is amazing! I can't wait to go back and try some more food! Their whisky selection is in matched I couldn't believe how many they had to choose from.The decor is cute warm and inviting with an awesome atmosphere.Oh my favorite thing is they have a dram of the day for a really good price it's an awesome way to explore different whisky's that you normally wouldn't think of!
