Don’t go or even work here. The upper managers are extremely rude. I worked here for 4 & half years. They are selfish and will schedule you shifts you can’t work. They told me they would reimburse me for having to take Ubers to go home on night shifts, and then the AGM said she couldn’t do that cause they had no way. They easily could have, they just didn’t wanna. They also talk smack about their employees in front of them. I REPEAT DONT GO OR EVEN WORK HERE
The Mexican Pizza is finally back! Well, not at this restaurant. This makes the third time in a row, "they ran out of pizzas". This restaurant is very poorly managed at night shift and I suspect overall. The building lights were off and just the drive up menu was aluminated, otherwise they look closed. Drive through takes forever just to find out they ran out of the food you want when you finally get up to order 25 minutes later.The cashier was rude and I saw him munching on food from a bin while I was looking in the drive through window waiting on my food. He wasn't on break and was basically stealing food from the restaurant. I would suggest ownership secret shop this store to see how poorly managed it is 1st hand, particularly at night. I have a feeling some management would be fired. The TV show Undercover Boss would have a heyday with this place. Bottom line~ Management is horrible and it shows with this restaurant in every way.
They have employees sitting in a chair taking orders before you even get to see the menu. When I was approaching the employee she asked to take my order. I then nicely asked if I could peek at the menu before placing my order and the employee huffed and puffed and stood up acting like it was such a burden for this young lady to stand up for a second. She had an attitude with me the entire time and then the 2 cheese quesadillas I ordered for my children weren’t in the bag when I got my food. I didn’t want to deal with these people again so I let it go and drove up the hill to get quesodillias from taco time- taco time in Oregon city was much kinder, food tasted amazing, I actually got to look at the menu and they got everything in the order.
Never give enough extra. You pay for extra and get the regular amount. Theyve lied multiple times saying that the other workers cant hear the person ordering, which from fast food service experience and friends who work at taco bell is incorrect. The wait time is absolutely crazy at this location and that includes when there’s even the tiniest line. Theres other taco bells around that are more worth it than the convenience of distance of this one
If I could 0 star this place I would. Completely unorganized sometimes open sometimes not. Employees talking horrible to customers. Takes an hr to get your food. I say fire the ones in charge because that is where the problem starts. Hold people accountable for they're actions. What ever happened to customer service to hustle get it done goof off in the down time. Gives taco bell a real bad name. Two thumbs down!!!!!!!!
This place has some major problems with staff. Need to have a pick up spot for deliveries. Staff is sooooooo slow that it takes atheist 30 min to get through drive through. When they are actually open. Sometimes open in mornings sometimes not till noon. Sometimes you can dine in mostly never. Worst restaurant in oregon city. I would give negative stars if it would allow. Poor customer service poor service period. No one in charge? Doubt it
Came in for a breakfast Crunchwrap, 2 bacon loaded breakfast burritos, and a Mountain Dew. The car in front of us, 4 people in the car, got their food in the drive thru and I was asked to wait in the parking lot. There were maybe 4-5 other cars waiting with us, and after 20 minutes we asked where our food was, and not even a minute later they came back out to us with a completely wrong order. The only part of this order they got right was the Mountain Dew. Horrible service, horrible management. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
No one will take your order if you walk inside. Nope. They have registers and people, but you have to use an app screen in the lobby. Couldn’t find what I was looking for and needed someone to come over and explain that I have to add tacos individually to my party pack. Seriously took three times as long as it would if an employee just took my freaking order. I couldn’t find half of what I was looking for, so I left and will take my business elsewhere. Not everything needs to be digital.
The food is ok. They are charging more then the posted menu price. When brought to their attention they just don't seem to care. The first day I figured that the price change just happened and the board hasn't updated. The second day that just aren't doing their job.
Always super friendly. I know it's JUST taco bell but this isn't JUST service. They're always on point with a smile and great service.
