Ordered online and missing chips. Not first time this has happened and zero resolution each time. Tried calling and they won’t answer the phone. Emailed and no response
So walked on and they are not taking walk in customers. So you can't walk in and order food. Will.turn you away. So order online or on app. But don't show up to restraint will.tell.you can't serve walk in.
Placed an order from the app. It was not what we ordered. Have made calls for over an hour with no answer. No way to get it corrected. The order was not ready on time and labeled wrong. Will not order again!
The bread seemed a little stale and the toppings meager. I will give them another chance before going somewhere else. Anyone can have a rough day.
This franchise store is very incompetent and inefficient. I would not recommend them.The first delivery order came an hour and a half late.The second they just canceled and left me hanging after waiting an hour.The third I am still waiting on and that was an hour and fifteen minutes ago and they say it's gonna be another 45min.Don't waste your time with these people who should find a new profession.
My wife ordered several subway sandwiches for our family and we were largely disappointed with how they were put together. Very sloppy. I ended up throwing most of mine in the trash can. I’m thinking perhaps the manager or owner needs to have a pep talk about pride in your work and recognizing pride in a job well done. Remember, quality never costs as much as the money it saves.
My boyfriend got food poisoning from here idk why we keep trying but makes us sick every time.!
I ordered a italian BMT here today at 6:40 i went and picked it up and came home to eat it. after taking a few bites i looked down and seen a redish blonde hair. i took a second to think if it was mine then snapped back and realized i have black hair. it’s disgusting. i tried to call back and they will not answer the phone.
I go there like 2 nights a week. The nightime guy around 12am is allways nice and makes a great samich
ive always loved this place and still do but the homeless people sitting outside at night is starting to get way overwhelming and the employee does nothing about it. There were probably 6-8 homeless people sitting outside of the store smoking etc, ive always had a great experience with the food but the homeless problem is getting way out of hand.
