Guy working counter was very curt and clearly was not thrilled with being bothered with a customer. Didn't listen to our order and just started making a sandwich. There was nobody in line when we arrived, but acted like we were infringing on his time, and just rushed the whole conversation without actually listening.To make matters worse, when we were checking out he had his phone out and took a picture of something behind the counter maybe the receipt, a tik-tok, who knows?Will not return to this location.Sunday afternoon, 05/15/22 @ approximately 1:25pm.Whoever owns this franchise should really review this situation and address.
The ladies that helped us with our sandwiches were very quick and efficient. My sandwich was made exactly how I liked it and it was actually put together neatly, not sloppily thrown on the bread. The bread was also in great quality when we went; perfect level of crunchiness from toasting and fresh veggies.
Guessing they're outta straws when we ask for them . Heart heart how I was dismissed color of my skin I see you young man . Your other folk dining got straws before and after . He couldn't wait to get to the regular behind us. GOTTA DO BETTER
Horrible customer service I called early today too see if they had the bread I wanted and the lady on the phone with me called me hillbilly and hung up I would not recommend

Big stocky employee, was standing outside and giving people, not so welcoming looks and saying very vulgar terms toward customers. I did not feel welcome when ordering food. Will not be coming back.
This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to When I came in I didn’t have a mask so I asked if they had one before I could finish my sentence I got kicked out immediately and they were cursing at me very disrespectful will never go back
Every time I go there the staff is super nice and the place is always clean. They follow Covid restrictions.
The young lady making sandwiches was polite, professional, and fast getting through a rush of customers by herself on black friday. Sandwich was delicious, and loaded without asking for more of anything. I will say that their ledges and window sills could use a cleaning, lots of dust and food bits to be cleaned up.
If they're going to force a mask on you the least they could do is provide one. It's a mandate not a law.
