I’ve never been more offended than the experience I had in this Starbucks today. Who ever was working cashier came over to my table where I was on the phone for no more then 30 seconds saying goodbye for the last time to my aunt who’s been suffering from cancer. She rudely and loudly interrupted this intimate moment and was ushering ME off the phone and telling me that I can take my call outside, while their were other people in the same setting on their phones. She was extremely rude, lacked empathy and was just flat out disrespectful. I’ll never forget this.
The ladies there were friendly and their energy was terrific.
Good ppl
Our absolute favorite Oregon city Starbucks
Everything was nice, typical Starbucks, but they couldn't make white mocha. The barista said there is a shortage of sauce!
All the Sara(h)s!!! Seriously great service! But its Starbucks! Would you expect anything less! We ordered a few drinks and some food while passing through on our way to Washington. They nailed our order and gave us a food upgrade as a result of someone ordering wrong. Thanks again, we will definitely be back to this location ?
The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal. Every time I come in it’s pretty busy, but they are always so sweet and personable. Food service is a difficult industry to work in, especially right now, and I so appreciate everyone here!
Great friendly staff today. Much appreciated.
Ice was not normal Starbucks quality (ice chewers know what I mean) and the croissant was old, dry, and burnt.
There is a lady who works there that is tall and tatted up (About 6 ft). She has a big time attitude problem and somebody at Starbucks needs to get her replaced. We are regulars and for some reason, she refuses to complete our order correctly and every time we ask for her to do her job, 100% attitude. I'm not too sure why she is working at a place where customer service is a core value. The rest of the team is honest, genuine and friendly.
