Horrible food. My eggs were over cooked, my toast tasted old and the butter was the same. Our waitress was great thought!
My omelette and hash browns were fresh and tasty. She subbed fruit for toast which was nice. Welcoming and friendly.
I love sharies but the staffing is lacking. We waited fifteen minutes, then gave up and went somewhere else. I could tell their staff was overworked. Maybe if they offered better wages?
Just another example of what harm covers has done to society. I called in my order an hr ago and they said it was still going to be another 30 min. What the bleep has happened to hustle at work. Everyone is just so lax a dazy like it's not work. So many excuses and such poor work ethic and customer service this will be the end of us if we don't watch out. We as a people must get back to working hard at accomplishment instead of making excuses! This is what happens when you make people stay at home for 2 years. Laaaaazy.
We had breakfast at this Shari's today. The waitresses were wonderful, kind and helpful. The food was fantastic. It was my birthday and both waitresses wished my a great day. The entire experience started my day off to be so special. All because of there kindness.
We waited for an hour before being served our food. Kids food was cold, and French toast was hard as a rock and cold. I honestly don't even know how French toast could get so tough if made the same day. Couldn't even eat it. The pie was great.

My fiancé and I went in late last night for some grub. Our waiter Jason was awesome!! He made our experience fantastic! He was so friendly, stayed on top of our drinks and made sure our food was out fast! We had a wonderful time last night and wanted to say thank you again to Jason for being a rockstar!!
All of the pancakes in our delivery order were so burnt that they were inedible. The rest of the food was worth eating, though it’s not worth what I paid.
