Food was amazing. Service was s.l.o.w. Took a long time for everything, drinks, appetizers, ordering, food, check. Dishes piled up for a while before being cleared, had to ask for the same things multiple times. But, even with all that, weâd go back for the food.
This classic restaurant has a good vibe but the noise level is high. We had fab service on the lounge but appetizers took so long we had to go for our reservation before they were served. The food runner was rude announcing âhappy hour food isnât served in the dining room!â Sorry guy, not my problem when it takes 25 minutes. Our server had too many tables to give adequate time to anyone. Our food was excellent but noise ambiance, kitchen attitude and underwhelming service doesnât merit a repeat visit.
It was hot on the patio and we didn't receive the usual service that Rivershore typically has. Food was great
I give this place 5 stars as the food was very good, the servers very pleasant and helpful, the outside deck was great, nice view of the river. We all felt sorry for our server who was expected to take care of everyone on the deck plus tables inside - not his fault and he did a great job given all he had to do. I hadn't been on the deck since they put the new awning up, it looks so nice and there are also plenty of heaters, too, for chilly evenings. I'm glad they're working to keep this place nice, and the food has improved considerably since I was last here. Great place for a birthday, with a free dessert for the birthday boy!
My girlfriend was pretty pleased with me for choosing this place. ;-)
wonderful food and waiters. We ate inside and next time will try outside. Have lots of different foods that I want to try.
The Primavera pasta was billed as rich garlicky spicy, it was none of that, tasted like jar sauce, no flavor!

My Family members have been coming to the Rivershore for many years for its ambience, menu selections & service. One family member ordered Filet Mignon with the Steak special . She found quite a bit of gristle and wasnât too pleased. The rest of the meals were quite Good! We will be back~
I chose this restaurant because of the great reviews but itâs not that great at all!! The food is not that great, in fact itâs very bland and thereâs absolutely nothing special about it. The staff are really wonderful and friendly and the service is very good. This restaurant is attached to the Best Western Hotel situation next to the Willamette River, so there is a river view, but thatâs about the only plus I can give it. If youâre starving and need to eat, itâll probably be okay, but if youâre a connoisseur looking for a great restaurant, then skip this one for sure.
