Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Our Chicago stuffed had dry hard crust like it had been made ahead and left out all day. Once we cooked it, it had huge slits that were not in an “x” but more in an “H”, making it a complete mess to cut. Once cooked, the crust was so hard it was inedible. We called to complain, and were told “that’s the way we make our pizzas. No other location makes dry hard pizza like this one. First time ordering and unfortunately…it will be our last. Pointless to talk to them since they feel this is normal. Very poor standards and zero customer service ability.
No outdoor sitting. Good location. They give senior discounts on certain day. Will GI again
Love they do gluten free or zero crust (all the topings in a pan) options.

Ordered 2 family pizzas and they accidentally charged me for large I didn’t think anything of it because the pricing seemed right but they did seem small I honestly didn’t think much of it at all until I got home and realized that the pizzas were substantially smaller and that the prices were way higher I would have never paid 17 dollars for a large pizza Id atleast have gotten the family size and that’s what I ordered then they just tell me that’s what the price is instead of telling me they can do something to fix it Normaly family size costs less then how much I was charged for two pizzas that are small as hell pretty upset because the price litteraly changed and there was no discloser so when my order was messed up the price seemed right but the size was way smaller I even used a coupon and it still seemed way more expensive then I thought
This location still has the CLASSIC cheesy bread which my kiddos love our order is always accurate and ready on time. Friendly service, busy location. We moved out of Oregon City, but still go here!
Pizza was delicious as usual, I had a small amount of problems getting the website to take my special order. It was not ready when the website said it would be ready but shortly thereafter maybe 5 minutes. But it was very busy so I'm okay with it.

Put in an online order at 4:00, supposed to be ready for pickup at 4:35, came in it at 4:40, they hadn't even started it yet. Other customer in here with the same complaint, only hers had been ordered an hour beforehand. 5 workers, store is almost empty......Really poor management
