I tried to pay for my order with debit and was repeatedly asked to reinsert my card. I finally had enough and paid cash only to find that my card was also charged. I waited 4 days to make sure that the charge cleared, then asked for a refund of the overpaid amount. When I showed the cash receipt and charge at the bank, they argued with me staying that it hadn't cleared yet... I'm not stupid! I work in the industry and I know when a charge on my bank statement has cleared.This would be zero stars (if possible), but this location will make an entree to order late in the evening, while other locations tell you to pound sand!

My last trip to the Oregon City Panda Express, I had my usual order. There was a long line and very little help. When I finally got to the cashier, she was having a hard time with the credit card machine. She moved me to another register and I paid my bill. When I got home, I discovered that I paid for someone else's bill. Instead of paying $8.50, I paid $25.00! My mistake for not looking at my bill before agreeing. So I went back and showed them the receipt. I was told there was nothing they could do. I hope that the customer that got there $25 order for $8.50 had a nice surprise. To them I say, pay it forward. To Panda Express, you've just lost a regular customer.
They always make sure you feel welcome and their food is consistently fresh and delicious.
It's fast food so choices are limited to their recipes. Can't get a spicy dish in mild, for example. Otherwise, not bad.
fried rice was bad, orange chicken was as expected, good not nothing out of the ordinary. Service was fantastic though as i felt VERY loved and welcomed by the cashier/sweeper ?
24/7 skimping somebody broccoli beef with only broccoli tiny bits of orange chicken, once i got my girlfriend a bowl of orange chicken near closing time and they gave her the spiciest chicken i've ever tasted it was practically red i believe they were mad i was coming in so late worst panda i've ever been to.
Place is great. Always very busy. Be kind to the overworked staff.
My first time ordering online to our Oregon City Panda Express through “ZUPPLER FOOD ORDER”…price for a Crispy Almond Chicken Bowl with Fried Rice should have been $6.90 and I added on a Vegetable Spring Roll (which I didn’t receive!) for $2.15 and my debit card was charged $10.23! Somehow, a credit was put through for the $2.15, but that still leaves the Bowl being charged $8.08 even though my receipt says $6.90? It says that PandaExpress doesn’t have a service charge? So does this ZUPPLER FOOD ORDER charge for placing an online order? Won’t be doing that again ?
