The experience was a good city one. They're a little short staffed but it's quiet so the service was still quick. Food is pretty darn good too.
This place has great food and great service. Alex and Joe has excellent customer service.

Its ok. Out of many food items often. Not enough staff. The staff that is there is nice and doing their best but just overworked.

Atmosphere was good. Not too loud. Service was great everyone was friendly. Unfortunately the food did not have a lot of flavor, it was kind of bland. I had the pulled pork sandwich.That said I will probably go again.
Food is terrible. Fries were soggy, cold and I couldn't taste ANY seasoning. The Reuben was borderline burnt and bland. Onion rings were cold BUT crunchy, so there was the highlight. Just skip this place
Quite possibly the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of eating. 1.5 hours from sit down to food at the table, drinks were mostly wrong, food was mostly wrong, they had random patrons "helping them serve and wait tables", and we got told on multiple occasions their cook had been found passed out in the kitchen on the job. Pretty much zero chance of me ever going back, but my recommendation is to avoid at all costs.

I always try to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially during hard times right now. But I have been coming here every week for Pool League and this is the 5th week in a row that I have received BAD service. The bartenders don't pay attention to the line and just pick and choose who they want to help. Carla specifically has not been the greatest. I get it, everyone has their friends that they want to help, but it is frustrating week after week when your next in line and they help others first. My grandma comes every now and then and has to say something every time because when she's next in line, the bartender helps people in line BEHIND her... Tonight my boyfriend said something to Carla when her friend cut in front of us to place her order and he said something to her about how rude that is and Carla slaps the counter hard and says, "Anything else I can help you with?" and stormed off. We were done with this place after the new owners took over years ago and we received bad service, and now I remember why I don't like this place. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
