Last time we were in, we went through the drive-through, they told us to pull around front, and then our food never came so we had to go in and ask and turns out they gave our food to someone else so they redid our order free of charge which was nice enough. This time the service was quick and they DIDN'T give our food to someone else so, hey. Win some lose some.
Me and my girlfriend come here frequently. Half the time the fries are so old that they're as hard and crispy as kettle chips, and this has happened 2-3 times already. They don't bother putting in napkins or remembering that you ordered nuggets and not two cheeseburgers. We were the only people in the line when this happened. Plus some guy there is always being pervy at the window and the intercom he needs to be fired he makes us and friends who come here uncomfy
I went in here the other day to use the play area, but it was closed and didn't have a explanation posted. I waited in line for ten minutes to order fries and ask about the closure. although there was only one person in front of me, there was no one at the register.I went back to my car to try the drive through, but I was unable to enter due to the massive line of cars.My sister also worked here for 5 years and would have nightmares about the quality of food and how it was prepared.
I ordered a a crispy chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was very overcooked and tough. I got a replacement at no charge but it was overdone and had a fish taste. After choking down my meal I looked for a trash can and it was full. I could hear young workers flirting and talking very loud. I got the manager. CAILEN, or Caleb....no name tag, to help me and he told me my shoulders were curved like I carry the world around. I had complained about the loud flirting, full trash cans and the overcooked chicken. He was rude and insensitive. Too bad I didn't get a photo of the chicken sandwich. This manager needs to keep his employees under control.
Drive thru didn't get my Sausage-Egg-Cheese Mcmuffin right after repeating 3x'sWent inside, got replacement and it had hardly any yoke in the egg, muffin not matching halfs. One half hardly fit over the contents. Drive thru was not busy. Only two cars.I'm sure I will go back again.
Great service, quick and accurate. Big Mac about all I get anymore. Been a long time since fries actually came out hot enough to not be soaked in oil. Pretty consistent with most locations.
Not often do I leave reviews. But the last 2 times going to this McDonald's I have had over $15 worth of food NOT BE IN MY BAG. I suppose I should thoroughly check from now on, but it's extremely frustrating because I live 15 minutes away and am not going to drive back over it. But they also do not answer the phones ever so I can't let a manager know that I have been getting screwed over. If you pay for a product that you do not receive, I believe that's as bad as stealing.
Horrible I was given the wrong cold food again. Wouldn't even go her anymore but the kids like it. McDonald's has turned into the worst fast food place ever in my book. I haven't received a fresh meal from McDonald's in years but it's always busy.. I don't understand how that works but I personally will not eat here unless forced by family..
shirley is the saving grace to this joint. otherwise its a bunch of confused kids bouncing off ea other. food was okay eggs were runny soda taste like dirt or something... they need new fountains cause their soda is gross...
I'm never disappointed when I come to this location. The food is always hot, and even though I had to remind them my food was sitting on the counter when they brought everyone else's, they were fast and responsive. It's a little chaotic in there because of the pandemic, and things are taking a bit longer, but the short staff crew they had delivered a hot meal. You guys rock!
