If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru yesterday, June 7th, 2022, and was greeted with a very rude "Go ahead and order." Like, what? What kind of greeting is that? After placing my order, I was rudely instructed to pull up to the first window. The employee didn't even tell me my total. When I got to the window, the employee tried to over charge me by $2. Like, hey, I look at the prices on the menu and I know how to add. This employee was rude, unprofessional, and acted like she didn't even want to be at work. Someone needs to retrain her and teach her about customer service. I will never go to this MacDonald' s again.
The woman they had working the drive thru on Wednesday afternoon must have been on drugs! When you looked them in the eyes they were blank. She forgot to put one of the French fries in our bag. When confronted about that she couldn’t comprehend anything that was being said to her. Getting someone’s order right when packing it shouldn’t be like rocket science. Please don’t put people on drive thru duty when they can’t think or understand.

Poor experience.. Regularly the ice cream machine was not working AGAIN here. The nuggets were cold and hard. Customer service was good but definitely wasn't happy with the food.
Was told over the intercom it would be a minute...waited over 5 minutes no one in line no one in side so I drove to the window to find Alex a Manager who told me if I didn't like it there were other McDonalds I COULD GO TO!! LOUD AND CLEAR MANAGER ALEX YOU DON'T HAVE TIME FOR CUSTOMERS I HAVE NEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION LONGER THAN HE HAS BEEN ALIVE AND NOW I WONT BE COMING BACK!! Customer service is no longer at McDonalds!!
Worst location in Oregon.. always closing down the dine in room just because they do not want the extra work. I don’t except much from McDonald’s but damn open the dine in room the mask mandate is lifted.. the worst part is there is a certain manger that does this every time she works.. do not go to this location unless you are going to the drive thru
This is probably the worst McDonald's in all of Oregon? They never get your order right, and the service is outright horrendous. 19 year old managers who don't know how to run a crew. They are to lazy to even open the dining room.
They lock the doors when they see homeless people walking up. I’d expect even children to respond with more maturity, especially where something isn’t causing them any problems. They didn’t even know if I was going to buy something or not.
Good service with a very nice view of the river. As such it is a very convenient place to get something to eat while nearby this McDonald's.
Don't know how but for some reason every time I go to this McDonald's they mess up my order.... that's why you don't deserve $15 an hour...
