Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. Customer service was horrible on 04/22/22. My wife came in there to order and 2 workers were in the back talking amongst themselves not even paying attention to the front. 10 minutes go buy and I'm still not helped at the front counter. I decided to call the store and it rang 6 times before the guy who was working walked in from his break and then answered the phone, but I decided had hung up. My wife was then waited on when that guy came back from break but o e of the girls who were in the back not paying attention finally came out and helped her. Another customer came in after my wife while she was waiting for our order and he literally opened and closed the door 10 times because the door had an alarm and still no one came to his attention. One worker had ear buds on and was listening to music not paying attention to the front. I will never be coming to this location again. The worst customer service ever.
Staff was great and friendly. Kudos to the staff . My pizza ? was even brought out to me. That never happened before. Thank you Ceaser!
Pizzas great which is why I always come back. The staff however is terrible. No since of urgency at all. The hot-and-readys are never ready at this location and take 20 min to make.
This has to be the best pizza ever, there crust is outstanding, the pepperoni and cheese are fire. The deep dish is also the bomb. Its definitely worth going I’d you haven’t gone. Totally recommend it:)
Placed my order and waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas and then they gave me the wrong pizzas. No one cares
*watch video* Kicked me out & wouldn’t give me a mask or food, even tho their is no mandate in my state after vacation.
Ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms. This is the only little c’s ive ever had an issue at. And it’s too busy to get a new pizza made as they had nothing hot and ready - so waste of time, and worst customer service. Ended up just getting a refund and tossing it in the dumpster.Edit; Still haven’t gotten my refund, they’re saying I have to come down to the store to get it - which makes zero sense since it was via Apple Pay.
This store is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with two times now I’ve had the wrong pizza delivered they would not refund my money and required me to drive to the store to pick up a replacement pizza at which time they did not offer to do anything for me for the inconvenience and we’re very rude they were supposed to call the manager and call me back and I have received nothing?
Called to ask if they had pepperoni hot & ready pizzas prepared. Was told yes they do. Arrived at store and was told they didn’t have any prepared.
Ordered 3 items, was told 10-15 minutes. They remade at least 1 item 3 times because they couldn't get it right, made another item double, and still didn't get either of them correct. Waited about 30 minutes. Probably won't be back
