Got 2 CHICKEN meals. Was the worst I've ever had at KFC. CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED. DRY. 1 VERY SMALL BISCUIT COULD HARDLY CUT INTO IT, ONLY 1 SIDE THE POTATOES OVER WATERED.VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This is the third time in about a month and a half that I have been there. I have still not been given a correct order.If they can't sufficiently staff this restaurant they need to close. KFC has gone up drastically in their price, which I understand, but not getting the order correct is not acceptable.The manager that was working wasn't the mgr. from that store and he was running around "yelling" at the employees. They had a couple of workers call in "sick". I felt sorry for the gal at the window but she was clueless as to how to satisfy her customers. I think a lot of training is needed here!Hoping they can get their act together soon, it's my last time there until I know rget have corrected this.
This restaurant is located in the Safeway parking lot in upper Oregon City. They currently allow indoor seating as well as takeout and the drive through is open. Restaurant is clean and the staff was awesome!!! There was a family in front of me which were not being rude or anything like that but did need more patience and understanding which I definitely feel staff went above and beyond with. Staff remained very calm, polite and friendly even when this family had a difficult time deciding and kept changing their minds. Staff never let them feel rushed or like they were being nothing but the most important thing!!!!!!! Thank you!
This review is regarding the KFC section and not A&W.I have ordered from the KFC menu twice and both times have been great. Got a "Classic chicken sandwich combo" the fries are good, maybe slightly under seasoned but very crispy, the chicken sandwich however is the star of the show. Extremely tender and juicy chicken, very crispy exterior and the sauce is nice. I recommend getting this if you plan to visit this location.
The food was hot and fresh tasting. Will be back again.
They should spend more money on proper cooks instead of spending money on a remodel. I spent over $54 on a 16 piece tenders meal only to have the chicken taste hard and rubbery. I would have been better off going to a 7-11 and getting their overcooked chicken. So disappointing.
I order chicken strips and they give me chicken sandwich and potatoes I was sick for 3 days of my stomach never buy here again they don't cook with love
They ran out of receipt paper and when I realized they didn't give me part of my order... they refused to give it to me. Horrible customer service! They need new managers who also know how to order food. They have ran out of food multiple times. Never going back.
Ordered papa burger, cheese curds, classic chicken, potatoe & gravy. $19.?? Had taken son to doc was straving get home NO CHICKEN sandwich!!!
KFC and A&W right? That's what the sign says. I stopped here a couple weeks ago and ordered popcorn chicken and a root beer float and the employee at the window says they're completely out of A&W and is clearly irri tated with me for even asking. She told me to park out front and wait for my food. 10 minutes later she smugly brings out hard, dry, and cold popcorn chicken with no sauce. I'm not sure how it tasted, I was too afraid she had done something to the food to try it. Way to take your frustration out on the customers!
