4th straight trip in last 8 months that ordered was completely botched badly. I checked the top of bag but couldn't see bottom items. Instead of 2 chicken breasts I got 2 sandwiches slathered in mayo that I had to throw away when I got home. The person taking order even repeated my "2 original chicken breasts" back. Probably not going back for at least a year. Seems to have poor management. Seems true in general at KFC's in recent years at all locations I've visited.

This place had their phone off the hook bu 7. Went to get dinner. Everything was cleaned and put away and ready to go home. We had to take the last of what was cooked. They were for all purposes closed at 7pm. Got home we had NONE of our order right. We will never go back. Even if we have to drive 20 miles to get dinner.
They have the fastest, nicest drive thru staff in the Portland area. Even though Covid.
Loved it their food was amazing but tasted so good I would recommend going there anytime
Went. Ordered Xtra crispy. Double checked at the window if I ordered extra crispy and the guy said "yes". And of course it was not. Then when I asked to correct it(after I went home, then realized it was wrong, then drove all the way back), they got rude, and an attitude, so I just took a refund. Because now they'd probably spit in my food or something. Both oregon city kfc's did this to me. The other one said yes we have extra crispy while I Ordered, but once I got to the window, tried to get me to take the disgusting original. That kfc, always does that to me.
Hadn't been to KFC for years, but wanted a quick chicken dinner. Outstanding and same flavors as we ate all the time after sporting events when the kids were kids. I'm going back soon for their new chicken sandwich with pickles!
It's a expensive place for rancid chicken, wrong orders, and terrible customer service!! WILL NOT GO BACK, EVER! LIKE NEVER, DOUBTFUL EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!

I ordered large popcorn chicken they served 1/2 of the order in a smaller sandwich box. I ordered large gravy that they forgot to put in my bag. Of course they don’t answer the phone either.
