I ordered Jimmy John's Zesty Garden Turkey Club Sandwich online. Online ordering was easier than at some sandwich shops. Jimmy John's is the fastest of the sandwich makers so it was no surprise that my sandwich was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. I had requested that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins added to the order, something that Jersey Mikes can never seem to get right. Jimmy John's cut the sandwich in half and added napkins. When I arrived, I noticed that all workers had their hair unsecured. I hope that they remembered to wash their hands. The sandwich itself was nicely put together, with a basil pesto supplying the "zesty" part. It was OK, but really not worth ordering again. Jimmy John's is not the best sandwich shop, but it is fast and the product is usually consistent.
For a company whose motto was and I believe still is, “so fast you will freak” they can pretty much get rid of that. This is probably the second or third time I’ve ordered from them in that last 6 months or so. I’ve gone away from ordering from them. My last order just took a whole hour to get here. It’s not a busy day because of any special event or anything that would be going on to slow them down so much and this is how the services been basically the last three times so needless to say I will probably stop ordering from Jimmy John’s
Just a rough night. We ordered two sandwiches and it was alright so far, until we looked at them. One of the sandwiches was wrong. They gave us a beach club instead of Vito. When they made the wrong sandwich, they also decided to leave a note for us. “Enjoy, I hate making #12 :) ”. Professionalism is hard I guess? Vent to your coworker not to a customer!
I love Jimmy Johns and we order frequently since the price and delivery has been good for years, but tonight is the second time I’ve tried to set up a delivery through the app and had it tell me that my location isn’t delivering. I might try them again at some point since we like to use them as our cheat meal, but it’s not worth the time to log in and find out there’s no delivery after we get everybody in the family on board just to find out there’s no delivery service that night.
It took forever to get our food. They were BUSY, the crew was amazingly fast considering the number if orders. They did great work
This is getting worse and worse. I understand that covid protocols may slow things down a bit and I'm sure the volume has increased. However, the time everything takes now is ridiculous and there is always something inaccurate with my order. The last 3 times I have ordered a can of coke with my meal and every time they deliver a diet coke, the last time I got a box lunch and there was no chips, napkins, or condiments, the time before that they forgot my cookie, and this time the pickle tasted soapy which ruined my whole lunch. Whenever I go in there, everyone seems unsure of what they are doing like they're always brand new. I'm not big on complaining and I like the food, but I'm getting sick of the constant mess ups and how long the delivery time is now (it was 45 mins today).
Waited over 45 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 large tea. I wouldve drove to pick it up but I was working on my car and wanted a quick bite to eat..figured they were "Freaky Fast"....not so much when I called the person who answered was super polite but I could hear someone in the back complaining and telling the person to tell me "we don't deliver there" when obviously they do...and I did get it delivered.. Horrible service...order messed up. Going downhill.
The service was great, friendly and fast. The sandwich on the other hand was ok. The bottom of the bread was extremely hard to bite into, it actually was crunchy.
Order here all the time recently it's been taking over an hour for a single sandwich. Hit up Jersey Mike's for fast delivery. Freaky slow.
Poor experience. Multiple workers did not have their hair tied back. The cashier did not wash hands their hands after working the cash register and then was prepping bread. We Ordered 2 sandwiches, tuna was bad-smaller rotten- couldn’t even eat it, and the lettuce was brown and rotten on both sandwiches. Disappointed, I enjoy Jimmy Johns sandwiches and rarely leave bad reviews.
