First time trying this location before work, hours say 6am-12am. Arrived after 6, saw a blonde female employee in there, but when I pulled up to the speaker nobody was there, then I pulled around to the window and the person was nowhere to be seen. I waited, because they should have been open but there was nothing. I saw a few other cars leave as well.
I went to drive thru for a quick lunch. The grill was down and no ice for drinks. I got spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious. Been there before and will go again!
Avoid like the plague, incredibly long wait times they are out of most menu items and have no ice for their drinks food was awful, onion rings where definitely sitting out for a long time and they just refried them thinking it wouldn't be noticeable, had to throw the burgers away was worried about getting food poisoning. Only redeeming qualities: fries where good, and the cashier was friendly and didn't make any mistakes on the order.
Awful store. They say that the drive through is open till 12am yet I went at 5 30 pm and not a single person was at this store. No sign that says the store is closed. I pulled up to the speaker and I thought a person said they could take my order when ever I was ready, obviously an automated message. I gave them my order and silence I sat in the line for 5 minutes before driving up to the window to see no one there.
It was awful. Waited 20min for a milkshake and a soda. They wouldn't do a rg size milkshake so I had to get a lrg for a 5 year old. They just stand around looking at you instead of working on your order
Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out if there was anyone even in there. Do not waste your time
You should probably update your hours. According to your website and to Google, you are open until 12:00 a.m. Customers are coming to you thinking that you were opened and when they make it to your establishment, you are closed with no explanation or no updates on your website or on Google. This was at 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night.We won't be returning.
I’ve never been to a Jack-in-the-Box that was so disgusting. I order the same breakfast burrito every time. But at this location it was horrible. The burrito had way too much cheese and sauce. It was extremely greasy and I couldn’t finish it. Three bites and I already felt sick. I reached in the bag to grab the hash brown and felt nothing but crumbs. And the soda was completely stale. I waited 10 minutes for them to make me garbage food.
They shut down to eat lunch. Nobody is covering them. So I don't get my lunch now. Thanks Good business!
This J.i.t.b. location has the worst customer service i've had the displeasure of experiencing in a long time. 1- i had to keep repeating my order due to the drive through guy trying to multi conversate. 2- i got to the drive through window and tried to hand the boy a hundred dollar bill when he said "Hold on" closed the window and walked off. He returned after about 30 seconds and says "Sorry we cant break that" and closed the window.Now this location is constant flow of cars in and out all day, indont know were managment was or what may have been going on to justify blowing me and my real american money but i bet they could have found the change for $100!!!!! So dont expect quality of any kind here.
