This restaurant is so clean and really nice inside! Good food and kids eat free with an adult meal!
Came in with my husband today after a long day at the hospital. The staff was so amazing and food was exactly how I asked for it... and I am that picky customer who changes things. The manager came over to see how our visit was going and was so nice. We will definitely be back
Fantastic, as well as superbly awesome too. ? Also, I tried the the Cinna-minions, and they were delicious, along with the bacon, sausages and fresh fruit. The hash browns were quite good as well; I decided to try them without ketchup, and they tasted great! ?
We visited Ihop on 24th April before going on a Hike. While having breakfast, my friend accidentally dropped his wallet after payment. We left for the hike, and after 6 hours of Hike, we realized that his wallet was missing. We weren’t sure if we dropped it somewhere on the trail or somewhere else.I called up IHOP, Tony answered the call, and he was extremely polite and said he would look and let me know. After few minutes, we got a call back from him that indeed there was a wallet found by staff and it's kept safely, and we can take it whenever we want.We were extremely delighted and went in and took our wallet from Tony. My friend tried to tip Tony as a token of thanks and his reply will stay in our hearts forever as a sign of great hospitality. He said, “No, sir, that's your money. It belongs to you. You can tip us if you have food here and like our service. But returning your wallet was not my service; it was my duty & humanity, and for that, I can’t accept the tip. I want you guys to come back, have food here at IHOP and then tip us”. Wow, this was such a powerful and fantastic word.I think every store and every restaurant needs a Tony. I never give five stars to any restaurant unless my mind is blown, but it was blown thanks to the excellent service.Thanks, Tony
Food was mediocre, service sucked. Had to be reminded multiple times about things like ketchup and coffee. Pancakes took longer and she said it'll be 4 minutes. It was and they arrived to cold to melt the butter. About done trying at Ihop.
Good food. Had really good service once. They seem to forget something everytime I Grub hub. Don't expect them to own up to their mistakes. I forgot to get a name but she'll swear up and down she packed it herself and everything is in there. My son has an allergy. Hope you're proud of yourself. Do better!!
Often have brunch here with my dad. Very friendly staff, fast service, never have had to wait for a table. Food is always good.
Probably the worst breakfast we have ever ordered. To start, I had to return to the location ( this was a to go order) to retrieve our beverages, the scrambled eggs were completely hard on top but very runny and undercooked on the bottom. The orange juice had obviously turned and smelled bad, my order wasn't even close to correct, and the pancakes were burned! Definitely not returning. ???
We were the only customers. 3:15 in the afternoon. Ask to be seated at a table she seated us at the table. We ordered food. When food arrived we still didn’t have syrup or salt pepper catchup. When I questioned her she said it was because we picked the table by the time she came back we had already picked condiments from another table. She was not attentive and we were still the only customers in your restaurant. I know it’s hard to get good employees. But she seemed completely untrained. You should never blame your customers for your shortfalls.IHOP #3700. Server Megan
1st time at this location. Disappointed! I got the country fried steak breakfast. Steak was very processed tasting. Over easy eggs were tough, and the hashbrowns cold and hard. My girl got strawberry banana pancakes, and they were not cooked all the way through. Staff were friendly, and helpful! Most likely will not be back.
