I definitely recommend the frozen yogurt all of it is very good I’ve experienced amazing customer service too but I ordered bubble tea from there and there was no boba in it also last time I was there in person the lady behind the counter had a tip jar that said “collage fund” on it so please go get some frozen yogurt and give her a tip to help her
Don't get anything from the self serve bar of toppings here. The fruit looks like it has been sitting out for a week, brown, old, and sad. First time I ever had CRUNCHY gummy sharks. Bottled sauces looked and tasted expired. Smelled like old moth balls in the store. Super gross.experience.
Great set up in there. Huge variety of toppings. Clean. Met with the owner who is very kind and it’s family run. Loved the flavor selection and enjoyed the time there! They offer bubble tea which is a plus! Fun little stop after a shopping trip :)
Smells so good, I love how all yogurt shops smell. This place is good, nice staff, never crowded and yummy selection
My partner went in to get drinks and I couldn't be happier with my matcha. I have an allergy to corn syrups and the boba-rista went the extra mile to make me a wonderful drink. Even went above and beyond and found honey for me to sweeten my drink. Overall one of the best matcha I've had in a while and I'm very pleased with my service. Will happily go back to EZ freezy when in the area :)
Really good boba
Nothing here is non-dairy. We came here on a hot day because we searched for "bubble tea" and I ordered a standard mango blended bubble tea, which anywhere else would be non-dairy. I took a sip and immediately tasted dairy. Im lactose intolerant, and they don't say that all their items have dairy up front. Even for fruit items which one would assume wouldn't be. You'd think in the PDX area people would know enough to offer allergen safe options. Then, even though i couldn't consume the very item i ordered, they didn't offer a refund. My friend had hers also said the flavor was meh. Definitely don't recommend.
The girl at the counter rudely chastised us for not wearing gloves. She couldn’t understand how we didn’t notice it written in small font on a little piece of paper on the door. I don’t think we’re coming back.
Walked in at 820pm on Saturday with my husband. Young girl working. As we opened the door and entered she yelled from the cash register, "are you here for frozen yogurt?". I said yes. She said how many bowls? By this point her tone was so nasty my husband decided he didn't want any. So I told her just one bowl. She grabbed one from the cash area and came to the table where I was standing (because of covid-19) slammed it down and said make sure you use gloves. She then turned around and disappeared into the back. I made my dessert and went to the cash area. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. I could hear her in the back, maybe washing dishes? Kept waiting, she never came out. I was so upset that I left my dessert at the counter, motioned my husband and we left. A few days earlier I received a scary medical diagnosis. I was just trying to have a good night with my husband. I will never go into this place again.
place to relax for few minutes from the world of confusion,
