We came here for ice cream after lunch. When we arrived we went through the drive through. There was about 8 cars in front of us. And we were 5th in line to order. It took us 11 minutes to get to the menu board where you place your order. We ordered 2 large Blizzards and a large shake. It took another 4 minutes to get what we ordered including paying for it, so 15 minutes in line. The total cost was just under $17 for 3 people. The staff was friendly. When they handed us our bag I asked if she had put spoons in the bag and was told yes.As we were pulling out, we checked and there were not enough spoons, so we had to pull in and go inside to get more spoons. That took another 7 minutes. The flavors in the blizzard and shake were lacking. The shake almost water so was a disappointment.Overall I would say our visit could have been much better.I'm not where I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, but would be willing to give them another try.
I drive bus for Glenmoore Retirement in Happy Valley. At end of our day trip stopped by DQ for ice cream, drive thru only, bus don't fit. They gave us the VIP treatment , service to the bus , great way to end the day for my seniors, Thanks so much for great service with a smile.
We go to dairy Queen's all over the Portland metro from troutdale out to canby and of course our home DQ OC. The consistency is amazing therefore the banana split must be conquered. The soft serve ice cream at dairy Queen is priceless. Old dudes like me can feel young again. I had my own banana split alongside my wife cuz it was getting hard to watch her enjoy it that much. Pure honesty here. My former peanut buster parfait couldn't hold a lick to that beautiful banana split. The burger smelled good and I can see the fries moving about in the kitchen but I usually stick with the ice cream treats. They do a great job here that's why there's a line around the block. The interesting left turn to the drive-thru window passing the 50 style motels style apartment is always an added tree. I've been waiting for a gangster to come out and scream at me to dim my headlights. A+ plus experience nonetheless the staff is always so charming. And I wish to point out one thing that you can always rely on at a dairy Queen. They always always always always remember the spoon and napkin. Not a lot of major chains and drive-thrus can make this claim. They never forget the spoon and napkin. God bless
It was ok chicken strips were a little on the tough side but not uneat able. And I was a little disappointed they wouldent do the hold the blizzard upside down thing lol I've never seen it and they weren't impressed when I asked them to do it haha
Overall the food was good. Service was fast. However they forgot my gravy. When I bit into my hamburger I got a whole end part of an onion. Wasn't happy about that. Definitely should pay better attention to whats they are making.
They were quick with my wife and I’s order, and they were very friendly! They even went above and beyond and gave my pup an ice cream cone! We will definitely be back. Thank you very much, Oregon City Dairy Queen!
Today will be the last time I return to this establishment. Grabbed lunch for my wife and myself only to be let down by cold food, soggy fries and subpar toast. Last visit ended up in making it home just to find out we got someone else's order and got rude attitude when I went back.
Service was fast burger was good frys were super cold. Over all not to bad they should really pay more attention to the quality of the fresh and how long they have been under the warmer.
Come here a lot for their blizzards. Friendly staff. Good prices.
It's usually busy but they move pretty fast. Ice cream is awesome...
