The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, and I should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It was very embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from this store, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers.
i spent 40 min in drive through. when i got in line there was 6 cars infront of me. that is the slowest service ever. when i got to window there was two peaple standing there doing nothing. you would think that at least one would be in kitchen helping. nope just standing there B,S.ING
I have tried to get breakfast here 3 times in the past few months and they are never open. Not sure what the issue is, but they might as well close for good if they don't observe the hours they have posted.
This location is located in the Fred Meyers parking lot in upper Oregon City. Right now due to Covid only the drive through is open and only staff can enter the restaurant. Drive through is usually pretty busy during lunch and dinner hours but with staff only working the drive through they keep the line moving. My order was accurate and staff was friendly.
This morning I went by for breakfast and arrived just 10 minutes after they'd stopped serving it. The man helping me was very apologetic as I ordered non-breakfast items instead. When I got to the window he let me know that the fries were on the house because I hadn't gotten my breakfast! It was a really kind gesture that left me smiling, and I really appreciate it in this day and age. Thanks to BK and that man!

Drive through only. Because you forced me to wait an eternity, my other order cancelled and I will not be paid. I can’t afford to come to Burger King anymore, it is alwyas a huge problem for me no matter which bk I go to
This place is literally never open no matter the time. Went for breakfast this morning closed and other times my s/o and I try to grab a bite for dinner (6-7pm) they always have their wet floor signs blocking the drive thru. Very unfortunate. If you’re going to be closed 90% of the time might as well just shut the place down and put something useful in.
They're great when they're open. Half the time I go they seem to be closed for inexplicable reasons. Last time I saw a worker sitting near the door. He saw me try to open the locked door, and helpfully informed me they were closed. "Why?" I asked. "Manager said we were closed." Okay...Love their impossible burgers, and their fries are excellent if they happen to be open. Terrible onion rings.
Garbage. This location is nothing but garbage. It's been over a year since I've been here. It hasn't changed. The staff is and has always been lazy and the food has always been garbage. It's really too bad. I love BK and have to drive to Clackamas to get it.Do this town a favor and just close down. Seriously, garbage.
