stopped by on a whim and absolutely fell in love with the place. the atmosphere is inviting, welcoming and calm and the staff are so friendly and genuine! it was especially nice to be able to get a vegan cookie:)
I loooove this place.Baristas are always suuuuper friendly (especially if you're appreciative of diversity, equity, + inclusion)... Drinks are always yummy.Oregon City is so blessed to have a business like Black Ink, White Rabbit to cultivate more diverse + inclusive spaces.Thank you for making me always feel safe and welcome upon entering your establishment!
If it was not for having woke politics shoved in your face I think this would be a 4-5 star place. The coffee is good and the barista working was cordial. However if you literally have a shrine to RBG and 80% of the store is full of other work memorabilia than it’s quite uncomfortable if your anywhere right of Marx.
This establishment serves up some amazing Espresso and knowledge to boot! Hayden is an absolute rockstar, their knowledge on the coffee is head and shoulders above the rest. Go on in there and get yourself a double to give your day the kick that it needs!
Very mediocre. Coffee was just ok and pastry was not fresh or very good quality.The vibe was a little deceiving from the pics as well. It Felt like a children’s book store.I’m not a fan, I didn’t even finish my stuff
Best horchata I've ever had! And they had vegan pastries from Shoofly ? the books and stationery are an awesome touch and I would've stuck around if I wasn't on the go. Wish they had tables and chairs to sit and do work/read, but I'll definitely be back regardless.

Their lavender fog is delicious. This is also a fantastic place to pick up gifts or a book. The buyer is so sweet and source from so many Oregon makers. Check out the made in Astoria Book Journals!
Really good coffee, and exceptional customer service. Folks here are super friendly, and go out of their way to get your order exactly the way you want it. Super cute book/gift store vibe.
Really chill with many great hot or cold coffee and tea offerings. They also have great tasting baked goods and sandwiches and salads. They also have a great selection of books, cards, and socks!
