Always love coming when Makayla and Ally are working. Makayla is a leader I have been coming in here a few years. I have watched her grow. Warriors are hard to find these days but you have 1 in her.Ally is full of energy and always smiling. A truly delightful human being.Even though Leah wasn't there tonight she is also 1 of my favorites as wellGrateful you guys have made it through the virus and have a team that is always smiling :-)
I came in alone on a night with not too many customers but there was a decent amount of them. I simply wanted two pancakes they sat me down and told me they would be with me shortly and I’m a patient person I wouldn’t mind waiting around for a few, however it turned out to be over 20 minutes of waiting until they finally took my order and when they did I had to wait another 20 minutes just to receive the pancakes, they seemed fine on the outside but when I took a bite out of them they were completely raw in the middle I was so disgusted with the raw batter in my mouth all while the employees ignored me because they were too distracted. I waited around to see if anyone would come by and ask me how my meal was it but it seemed like they were too busy prioritizing other people who came in after me and half of the employees looked like they were doing nothing. Eventually I got tired of waiting and decided to walk to front and Pay so that I could just leave, Unbelievably enough I was charged 7 dollars for 2 pancakes I didn’t even eat when I left the store I told one of the employees “for future reference it would be nice if you guys cooked the inside of the pancakes” because I was so upset with how poor the service was, truly it ruined my night kind of an upsetting experience at sharis
Makayla was professional and welcoming on Sunday night. And though it seemed that the other staff was struggling Makayla was doing a great job at directing and helping them. I will be coming back my food was good and she was such a sweetheart and her smile and customer services was so compassionate and warming!!

I love Sheri’s. I eat at different Shari’s at least once a month. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this one. Today I couldn’t let it go. Ordered the 16oz t bone steak. Comes with broccoli on a side. Got it to go. Got back to my house and discovered they literally gave me raw broccoli. Like, for real? You were so lazy you couldn’t cook the broccoli. Sharis in newberg is a hard pass.
Our Newberg Shari's is great! Been going there for close to 30 yrs. Still some of the same fantastic employees and some great new ones. The food has always been really good, with the exception of a few random times over the years. But that happens at all restaurants, right? And then there's the pies!!! Oh my, the pies! ? ?
If I could give lower than one star I would!! I have never been treated so bad in my life at any place, as I was on the night of the march 20th. The lady working the casino area was so rude she even ran the vacuum into my chair twice didn't even say anything. She grabbed the ticket right out of my hand when i was handing it to my husband. We were never asked if we wanted anything after she was told by another waitress that my husband was waiting to cash a ticket she still took 5-10 min to help him. The only time we saw her was when she told us it was about time to close. When it was time to go she treated me and my friends and my family like garbage, awful. I have worked customer service my whole life and I would never want someone like that working for me. Some people just shouldn't work customer service.
People make a difference A huge thank you to Makayla! She was wonderful! So sweet, friendly and courteous and made us smile. Made us feel so welcome. THAT is the kind of person you want on your staff. What a joy!
The lady working the casino floor area on the 20th a March should not be working there or any customer service field. I never been treated so badly even after another waitress told her that I was waiting at the counter to have my ticket cashed still took from his 5:10 minutes to come out and cash it I don't know if she was back there eating or what but she didn't come out of the back. What side is it true we got a really good tip if she would have treated us better treated us and we couldn't even get anything to drink anything to eat nothing. We all wanted to order some pie and stuff to really really bad but we aren't going to order from someone who is treating us like that
Services great but food was mediocre had the biscuits and gravy nobody makes it like Mom curbside pickup again was, waitress came out to see if it was me, promptly brought my order out to me.
