I ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. I got a text message from Doordash. Round Table Pizza is not delivering their own food! Nothing on their website indicates a third party delivery service will be delivering the order. This means that Round Table Pizza gave my personal information to another company without my permission! I refuse to use third party delivery services so I canceled my order. Now I get to look forward to an increased number of telemarketer phone calls due to Doordash having my information. This is unacceptable. It's pretty sad when a pizza place that claims to be higher-end, like Round Table claims to be, can't even deliver their own food and yet bottom of the barrel pizza joints like Domino's still do.
Good clean place. Will be back when driving through. Each time we've stopped it hasn't been real busy which is nice.
This round table customer service is horrible. Jose the manager has zero customer service. I say thank you and he replies with yup. He complained that my phone was cutting out but it was clearly all their background noise that he couldn’t hear anything. I will be stopping by the store to speak with a real manager!
Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at 6pm. They were delivered at 445 without so much as a knock on the door for others who were home to hear. I arrived home to find cold pizza. When I called the store they stated I did not request a timed delivery. Per my emailed invoice, I sure did.Support a local spot in town. Don't bother with Round Table.
Service sucked online on. Round table newbergs website it clearly shows family night December d17th from 5pm-8pm my daughter's first out to eat before her first birthday was a ride piece of proof that the service sucked I want to know the managers number so this kinda treatment to a father with a 10 month old daughter with disabilities I'm really upset about the service
We ordered from here a while ago and the pizza was 45 minutes late. Gave it another try and the pizza never showed up. Tried again this past weekend, ordered online 3 hours before delivery, and the pizza was 45 minutes late. This location is awful, awful, awful.
We again tried to order a pizza from you people. Horrible experience . Got hung up on 2x. So called and a shift leader answered phone. Don't was.te your time. Two weeks ago we ordered a pizza and took literally 3.5 hours to get delivered. Come on less than a mile away.

Was trying to order a 12 piece wings meal off the menu for delivery. DON'T BOTHER! The menu looks great but they don't actually offer any of those things! I couldn't get any of the listed sides. The guy acted like he had never heard of the listed sides.. Out of all the sauces listed they only offer ranch or Bleu cheese for sauce. The guy acted like talking alone was strenuous for him! I just said never mind and hung up.
