There employees are super rude and they don't know how to take orders at all. Me and my grandma where ordering our food I asked for sweet and sour sauce on the side and the lady was being really rude and we decided to ignore it and then we get to the window and we where trying to talk to the person at the window cause I didn't get sweet and sour sauce and she ignored us and then I had to go inside to ask why I didn't get sweet and sour sauce and the lady was just rude. To be honest they have had way better employees in the past and now they just havent had good employees in about 2 years.
Pulled up to get some Panda. First thing the teller tells me is what they have in stock to order. I asked about Orange chicken? Nope. Beef Broccoli? Nope. Mushroom Chicken? Nope. Baby Formula? Maybe.How can you be out of basic items? They're constantly out of something every time I come here. It's insane.
For once they got my order right. Too bad it was after hearing that they don’t have anything we actually wanted to order and when I asked what they wait time was, I got “we actually aren’t going to making anymore”. When I casually said oh I thought you didn’t close for over an hour… they responded with “we have been closing earlier”. Once at the window I was told the total and then got a “here”. Customer service while ordering and at the window both 0 out of 10.Not only that but it’s disappointing that you can’t go to a chain restaurant and get a signature dish like chow main during business hours. I don’t think McDonalds has ever been out of cheese burgers…Worst of all the food we ended up with was crunchy, inedible and in the smallest portions. It had clearly been sitting and they were trying to ration out the food so they didn’t run out and have to make more before closing… again in an HOUR AND A HALF.Too bad there’s not another panda in NewBerg because it was one of our favorites.

My mom and I both got food poisoning from this location. I didn't get it as bad as she did but she ended up in the hospital. Worst panda location!
The super greens could be steamed/grilled for a bit longer. The broccoli should be cut up into smaller pieces. Not sure if I can request additional cook time.
Let’s do another update again I guess1/7/2022: stopped in to grab my family dinner typical busy night drive through 6 cars back took over 20 minutes to get through the line (not a huge deal) I order my wife’s food, then I go to order mine and I’m told they’re now out of that cause apparently what I got my wife (string bean chicken) was the last of it. Wasn’t offered to wait for new so apparently just out for the night even though it’s only 6:30pm. Shame on me again I guess for not checking get home and low and behold missing part of my order. Would waste more in fuel to drive back than what it’s worth. All I can say is DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT! 5 times now orders are messed up. One time I even had a card from corporate for them messing up my order used it checked my order it was wrong went inside and while they were fixing it and was watching them had to stop them from messing it up again.Horrible experience worse than McMinnville location. No teriyaki chicken for the rest of the night, no string bean chicken for the rest of the night who knows what else when they’re open for another 3.5 hours. Drive through and inside packed. Paid for two orders of spring rolls that we never got and dry food. Just all around bad.(this review 8 months prior)Update - 6-25-2020 cause I’m irritated again with this place. Forgot two of my entrees this time and something is all over in the bag but not coming from the dishes we ordered. If you look closely you’ll see the spring rolls bag was so soaked it tore open. Too far of a drive to go back for missing items but upsets you when your order is not complete!
I hate getting beat up for a donation every time. Sure the cause is fine, but I donate directly to a local hospital that took exceptional care of my son when he was burned as a child. I feel like I get shorted on my food when I don't donate
Possibly the worst online ordering process ever. No clear idea how they are filling online orders. Walk in customers come and go. My order waits. Pickup was scheduled, I arrived on time. 30 minutes of waiting, still no order. And to add insult, they call me and tell me one item is not available. Almost an hour after I placed the order, and 20 minutes past due. Good grief. Never again. So many better experiences elsewhere. 45 minutes past due.... save time order ahead. Good one. FAIL.
there’s 4-5 people working and they’re serving at least like 200 people with this drive thru line going out into the street and they’re always so nice. I just wanted you to know you’re awesome and totally deserve a raise ?
