Worse service today on the drive thru at 4:00pm the lady Carmen was with bad attitude and forgot half of my order let me waiting on the window for 10min the older guy the look at me waiting on thw window was lije don't care about it and ignored me went a get the rest off my older they acted very badlyBad bad bad never going back here
All the employees I encountered this day were rude, snotty, and one girl with long green nails literally rolled her eyes at me like I was her mom asking her to do the dishes. No encounter should occur this way, regardless of what I requested. I feel that it would be wrong for customers to lower the standards of simple customer service due to difficulty with retaining employees. I may have bas days, although while at work I treat customers with 100% kindness and a smile. It's truly simple!!
This is a simple good old-fashioned hamburger joint, that I've been eating at since I was a little boy. I remember when Ronald Mcdonald used to host birthday parties, at the restaurant in Mesa Arizona, and he did quite a few of mine. Still good food, it hasn't changed, and will never change. Bring back Ronald Mcdonald. Good memories. Bring back our fun.

Why not "NOW PAYING $18 AN HOUR" like all the small food places in town are paying now.Understaffed, and everyone other than the manager is a kid. Multi billion dollar company can't keep stores staffed because they won't pay them living wages. Honestly I work really close to here so I go to this location a lot.They never put more than one pickle on the sandwiches and when you ask for a side of sauce with your order, they give you 3 nickel sized dabs of sauce and get mad if you try to ask for more. They’ll argue with you that they did give the sauce and that you have enough.I’m tired of trying to ask them for anything.Even if I order the sauce with my meal at the speaker, they still give me grief when I get to the window.They get one star for my meal at least being right
Pack your patience. It has been really busy and they are really short staffed. Waited 35 min. For breakfast but, my son enjoyed it and the staff were friendly. If more people were nice to fast food workers maybe there wouldn't be a shortage.
Went inside to eat. This McDonalds gave me the quickest and pleasant at the counter service, and the quickest and efficient delivery of my food, of any McDonalds I've been to. Very clean and well organized inside too.
By far the worst mcdonald's ive ever been in. They take 10 years and dont care one bit. This place needs new management desperately. Get it together.
It took almost 30 minutes. Ten minutes inside just to get assistance. 20 minutes for our food. Not sure why they made the milkshakes way before the food was ready. We saw them just sitting on the counter melting. We will not return to this particular McDonald's.
let me tell you "Berg"ers what goes on in the capitilist clown shop for you fat people who say they will never come back, but still buy food here it tasted like plastic for the past 20 years (at least the whole time I've been alive, and you know why there is always a new crew here, becuase of management, the true karens are you guys throwing food at a 16 year old for not getting your food right, and no we will not spit in your food becuase we dont get paid enough for that, but yeah even if we did everthing fresh, it still will taste the same, its overpriced, i couldnt afford the food while i worked there lol, yeah i wouldnt here if i owned the restruant
