3rd or 5th time Ive asked to get a cappuccino and instead a latte..... FYI the same cappuccino machine is used for most coffee drinks. Does Dutch no longer explain or teach their employees? Love Dutch but this is strange.Happy to explain more,Jim
It was my son's 16th birthday today. He and my wife ordered drinks and he was excited to show his new driver's license to demonstrate it was his birthday. He was denied a birthday drink and we were told (first time ever after many years of this being a birthday tradition for our children) that he needed an app. He doesn't even own a phone! Funny because our other children received their free birthday drinks at the Dutch Bros on Hwy 99 within the last year. My wife was shocked. She cancelled her order. My son has a few gift cards and decided to purchase the drink he ordered (good kid). Anyway, there are MANY good coffee choices in Newberg; needless to say we will NOT be frequenting Dutch Bros on Deborah ever again.

Great customer service, always pretty fast, great drinks.ABSOLUTELY HATE that they REQUIRE you to install the app to get a birthday drink. They REFUSED to look at (not even touch just look at) my ID. The App you can put ANY birthday. Then if you installed the app on that day, you don't get your birthday drink until the NEXT day!!!Not the employees fault, they are "following the rules" but it just doesn't make any sense. Why trust a app you can lie on VS a provided ID you just look at.

I think all dutch should have the same price on drinks (and I don't mean they should all be at the higher price point) my usual DB is almost a dollar cheaper on the drink I get
My order was for a sugar free caramelizar, they gave me a regular drink had to go back and have them remake it sugarfree everytime I go.
