Love the food, but I was charged more than the online menu prices. Ex: small soda online says $2.55 but I was charged $2.75. Chips and Queso says $4.20 but I was charged $4.40. ??
A little room for improvement...I generally love Chipotle but for some reason this outlet did not stock the veggie chorizo options....why oh why. .Also I could not enter my phone number to redeem rewards...why oh why...Still love Chipotle though
I ordered the keto steak salad bowl and it was terribly made. It wasn’t even a salad. Had maybe 5 pieces of old lettuce. It was practically water. So much liquid in a salad which makes 0 sense considering I asked for no vinergerette dressing. [look at the photo! Had to remove ingredients to show how much liquid was there!] I’ve never had a salad with liquid! It tasted horrible. And it wasn’t even a full bowl. I feel like it wasn’t even freshly made. Definitely tasted super old, nasty and extremely soggy! Check your lettuce! [well what little lettuce they give] So gross! Very disappointed. Won’t be returning. I highly recommend going elsewhere! Terrible food!..I used to love chipotle. I don’t know what happened but every time I’ve gone it’s been worse and worse.
I love Chipotle and the food is great here. I had pleasant customer service, so no complaints there. But if you're in a hurry, DO NOT go through the drive through. You get held up by people waiting for their orders and your order won't always be prepared in time. It's much better going in.

Phone order ended up being wrong. Really dislike the drive up. I couldn't just order what was missing from my order. I was told I had to come inside because they didn't have a cash register. What a pain!!! Employees were nice and apologized. The food was good.
Not once have I had a problem! Everything is always refresh. (We have one McMinnville they Suck) We choose to drive the extra 20 minutes and get way better service! Everyone is extremely friendly store is always clean! Thank you guys for all your hard work and yummy food!!!!!! Newberg you guys are awesome
The lady behind the counter yelled across the restaurant to get my attention. She refused to sell me food because I left my mask at home. She did not have one for me to use. It sad to see companies putting politics before people. The other big burrito joint down the street was happy to take my money.
Literally my only qualm about this place is that they never put my order on the pickup shelf, but that might be a safety precaution. When I DO order in store, never an issue, great staff here.Also, to those whining about not being able to get a quesadilla in store, that's literally corporate policy. Notice how its not on their in store menu. Customers like you are part of why no one can find work.Also, R.I.P. Jack in the Box.
Their drive through is only for picking up online orders. Their online system would not allow me to use their gift card. The food was ok?, but not great.
