Long lines at the drive thru is an understatement. They're long, you're stuck waiting for a long time (people turn their cars off), and they don't greet you at the order speaker. Go anywhere else if you're pressed for time.
I'm not 100% in love with the new menu. That's the reason for the lack of a fifth star. I miss the bean burger selection. The bliss shakes are a total saving grace, they're the only dairy free milkshake option in Newberg... At least that I know of. But Burgerville is overall the most superior fast food joint around being zero-waste and all local is a plus as well. If you're looking for a less guilty burger and fry option, this is the place!
Delicious food and good drinks, I ordered the northwestern cheeseburger and waffley fries. definitely try this place for a good meal.
The milkshakes are really good. I loved them that's why I went one day and then had to return to have another one the next day.I loved them and l'll try all the flavors.The burgers are nicely prepared, I just had a regular sandwich but i can tell the quality of the food is outstanding.Guaranteed
This was our favorite burger place, before the pandemic. Unfortunately we just sat in the drive thru for over twenty minutes, for the most tasteless food experience we’ve ever had here. VERY disappointed. Was really looking forward to that nostalgic flavor, that only Burgerville can deliver. For twelve dollars, a hamburger really should have seasoning. We will avoid this location.
Awful customer service. The staff focused on the drive thru customers instead of the people dining inside. The person who took my over did it incorrectly and my order was missing a shake and fries.
What a joke I just paid $12 for their fish and chips. The three pieces of fish were not much bigger than a frozen chicken nugget and not even as thick. The fries at best were warm and soggy and some of them you couldn't even chew. The lemon wedge was bigger than a piece of the fish. There were more napkins in the bag then there were fries. Very disappointed. The girl however at the window was very pleasant and very attentive.
Friendly staff, great burgers... we liked the bubbly lady at drive thru window and the guy at fry station who waved at us as though we been going there for years... its was our first visit.
The food was better than most nearby competitors but not what Bergerville used to be buy a huge stretch. Also when going through the drive-through you’re FORCED to leave a tip. Tip leaving is fine but in this situation it’s fast food and it’s through the drive-through. I found that this was quite absurd and a bit ripped off .
Good burgers, fries, shakes fresh & regionally sourced. Prices on the high side, but quality is better than other fast food chains. Drive-thru only for now - dining room has been closed for months.
