Multi billion dollar company can't keep stores staffed because they won't pay them living wages. Don't support them, until they pay their employees $18+ an hour, the SMALL restaurants in town are paying that.PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BURGER KING!
The lady taking orders today; refused to help me and my nephew with our second order. And was very rude the entire time. Also did not mention that the whoppers are no longer 2 for $5. Extremely dissatisfied
Went through tonight to pick up quick dinner. I ordered a whopper with no onions and a Texas double whopper with no mustard add BBQ sauce. I get home find out the whopper has onions and my Texas whopper has no bacon and no jalapeños. I drive back and tell them my order wad wrong. Got no apologies but plenty of eye rolls. Then heard the manager (I think) tell the cook my order again. I should have checked it before i left again but I wanted to just get home. I do get home and while the whopper was finally correct my Texas whopper still didn't have jalapeños but now has pickles. How do you mess up a staple of your menu. I can't wait for this store to be closed down. ?
The fast food business is going downhill Burger King could be the first to leave almost the same everywhere besides like I got my order all wrong I'm not a big cheese and mayonnaise fan and there you go they can't follow words what's the point by the time I figured out the food was bad it was too far away so my truck is a seagulls they like it food was born and boring I don't know it's time for fast food to take a hot guy think anyway I'm sorry no problems here peace I'm out
Would give 0 stars if I could. Stopped in for two frozen Coke’s. Charged $4 at the window and told I was basically a liar and the 12oz were $1. You can clearly see from the sign it says 16oz. Will not be back to give you my business. How shady of a company to false advertise..
Yup .74 degree was how hot that burger was .i had a infared therm with me by chance and it wasnt even wormer than my house. threw it way . 10 bucks of food was worthless. . so if you like cold this is your place. If you oder from window you will be told to go to front or resturant parking lot and wait. 1 burger 1 fry 1 drink 10 minutes and the burger is cold.. Im done .
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't even know where to begin. The service was less than good and a little bit of terrible with the exception of the young lady that wasn't the supervisor whom was obviously upset and stressed out due to her yelling at the employees and her body language. Not sure why because it wasn't busy. I didn't get a drink with my meal because the only drink I like in that atomic fountain suicide machine, ran out as it was pouring, they ran out of french fries so they gave me undercooked onion rings, the bathroom was frigid cold, they locked me inside the lobby for some reason and had to go get somebody to let me out in the middle of the day. That employee had trouble working the lock. The first key he tried was the correct one because it turned he just didn't turn it hard enough or jiggle the door or whatever. He moved on to the second key that clearly wasn't even the right size but he tried anyway so I suggested to go back to the first key that he then tried to put in upside down. I didn't end up going out those doors that were closest to my car, which would have been convenient due to the storm outside, I was told to walk on the other side of the lobby and use that door, almost furthest from my car. All in all if you are looking for a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant (which actually took 15 minutes to get my food) I highly recommend this Burger King. Not sure if all the Burger Kings participate but in all seriousness I do not recommend going to this Burger King. Also the ceiling was heavily leaking gross brown ceiling water by the useless drink station. Got questions, I might have answers. Feel free to ask them. I'd like to end on a good note by saying the food was edible.

The last three visits to this Burger King from either my family or myself over the last month, have been less than mediocre. The lack of friendliness, customer service, order accuracy, communication, is really terrible. Each visit items are out, but they don't communicate that until you are about to pull up to the next window if they tell you at all. Apparently they were out of ranch tonight so they chose Buffalo sauce for me instead. They didn't tell me they didn't have ranch, that is just what I assume. Out of ghost pepper nuggets too. (App let us order them). The only ordered drink was diet instead of regular. Without communication from the employee. Had to ask for missing items in the order before leaving. These examples are just from tonight's visit. This location really needs some management.
I waited for 25 min and the cashier in the front didn't even take my order and she was just standing around.
