Archer Vineyards Tasting Room is always a must stop when I am in the area. The wine is exceptional, the support staff top notch, the view is stunning, and should you have the good fortune to visit on a day the owner, Saj, is on site, you are in for a very special treat. His heart shines through everything about this place. Iâm especially drawn to his honoring of the family that established this vineyard in the 1980âs, and how he continues to build an experience they most likely never imagined but of which they would be enormously proud. Everything about this place and the people who serve here is worth experiencing for yourself.
The view was unbeatable. So charming and the staff was very welcoming and personable. The wine was very good. Highly recommend this winery!
Had a very nice time as first tasters of the day. Staff was friendly and provided additional recommendations.
Not only does Archer Winery have fantastic wine (Their 2016 Hopewell Pinot Noir is amazing), they also have a lovely tasting room with outdoor seating. Highly recommend a visit!
Had a great tasting experience! Great information in all regards and very friendly! We would highly recommend a tasting experience here!
The owner, Saj Jivanjee, was very rude to my husband. It was the first time we met him and he left a very bad impression on us both. My husband made a comment, in front of others sitting at our table, that he was not aware of certain shows being performed in London (mind you, it was our FIRST time in London) and the owner of this winery says to my husband verbatim “that is ignorance of the highest caliber”. I mean, who says that to someone they just met and as the owner you should know better than to treat a customer so rudely. My husband brushed it off and acted maturely by not responding back, but then later the owner AGAIN says my husband “needs to check his color palette” because Saj thought the sky looked orange during the 2020 fires and after my husband made a comment on how red the sky looked. Such childish jabs and insults for no reason. I don’t know how my husband kept his cool, but I’m glad he did. We said our goodbyes to the other couple and walked away from that offensive and rude man.We will not be returning to this establishment and do not wish to support someone’s business who carries themselves like this man does.(I’d give a NO star, but google doesn’t allow a review to be posted unless you select a star).
The owner, Saj Jivanjee, was EXTREMELY rude! I was very nice to him, even toasted him for his impressive education, and he said I have ignorance of the highest caliber and questioned my color palette, all in front of others! ?My wife and I will NEVER return and I urge anyone who reads this to not support the business of such an evil man.
My friends and I had the most wonderful experience at this Vineyard. We were treated So well by the staff from the moment we arrived. We did wine tasting and ordered a cheese board for a snack. The food and wine was fantastic large portions for very reasonable price. Beautiful winery and breathtaking views. What made it really special was the entire staff. They made us feel so welcome. Irene, Lisa and Sara did an outstanding job taking care of us. I highly recommend.
beautiful views of vineyard and chehalem valley exquisite wines bubbly rose and pinot noir excellent the owners are on site and are so friendly and accommodating the staff are friendly snd professional so lovely snd knowledgeable we can’t wait to return
We had a lovely time the wine and food was great. The environment was perfect, we sat next to the lovely warm fire, while it was raining and hailing outside. We were able to sip our wine while we munched our charcuterie board. It was a perfect Saturday wine tasting experience.
