The staff here was super helpful last time I went through the drive thru. I had ordered a burger and a lemonade which came out to be more than a combo and after I paid I asked if it would have been cheaper to have just gotten the combo with the lemonade. The kind woman working told me yes and also offered to void the transaction and change the order. I opted out of doing that this time, but I'm happy to know that they were not only willing to do so but that she was so helpful and cheerful while helping! Great customer service!
I was trying to order and I was having trouble with my cash app so I was already pretty frustrated ended up going inside screwed it with the smile I wasn't ready to order quite yet about 5-10 minutes pass by that's great with the smile again ask if I could be help about the same young kid and finally once I figured my cash out and went to the register and I ordered North Street with a smile very professional to me a young man named Brooklyn and he was very kind and respectful and attentive and put me in a better mood so I was able to enjoy my meal so thank you Brooklyn for doing anything definitely recommend this Wendy's to family's friends and coworkers.
I was sworn at while ordering my food, I was asked to repeat my order at the window. They then proceeded to get my order completely wrong on all sandwiches. I called the restaurant 10 times to talk to someone with no answer or way to leave a message. Then had to sit in a rush hour line again to get to someone to talk to me. They were them extremely rude and laughed at me and my kids the entire time. Very poor customer service skills.
I used the mobile app, parked in mobile order pick up. Doors were locked. ?? Called the store and was informed I need to go through drive through to get my mobile order. So don’t waste your time on the mobile app mobile pick up. Its NOT worth the time. You’ll wait in the long drive up lines regardless ???
Poor customer service. Ordered 6 of the $5 biggie bag. After asking what 4 of the drinks and sauces where she asked if that was all. When we said do you want to know the rest of the drinks she said sure. Then she cleared the order and we started over. Get to the window and the only sprite wasn't there, asked what sauces, only received 5. 2 fries half filled, one fry put in the bag completely upside down. This is the last time. I understand making some mistakes but you don't have to be rude about it.
This Wendy’s location is horrible. It’s almost comical or entertaining just to see how bad your time will be there. Over the past couple years never once has my order been correct and never once have I waited less than 15 minutes in the drive thru line. If you think I’m exaggerating, go there and find out for yourself, their consistency of being the slowest and most inefficient is impressive. If there is more than one car in line you better turn the engine off and load up Netflix because it’ll be a while. It’s hilarious because then you finally get to the window, there will be even more waiting, reminding them to give you your drink or your card back all to just drive away with your 20 minutes wasted and the food in the bag not what you ordered. You’re too annoyed or late to even think of going back to get it fixed. Maybe that is their whole plan. They always seem to be having a real hoot of a time back behind the drive-thru window. I go there for the laughs at this point. Head the extra 10 minutes to the one in Clackamas, you’re better off there.
It seems like a roll of the dice to me, at least with the Spicy Chicken. Somedays the chicken is small & dry, others it actually fits the bun & is juicy. Today it was oversized, but dry.
Fast food is what you think it is. Trash.So why did I stop here then. Simple. Ice tea.This location should be raised to the ground. The structure is nearly condemnable. The extra walk-in outside shows you how undermaintained this crew has allowed this location to become.Sadly the tea was not drinkable. I stopped for gas and dumped it.
6:45PM on a Saturday and the drive through is closed? Online ordering is still active so I don't know how you expect us to pick up our food
This Wendy's location was fabulous at the start of the pandemic. The staff was friendly,the service in the drive thru was prompt, and our orders were correct. That was then... Our most recent experience was not fabulous. There were approximately six cars in the drive thru, two waiting for the window and four waiting to order. It took over sixteen minutes to get our order taken and get up to the window. When we got there, we were told that nuggets were cooking and we would need to park for five minutes. In all the transaction took nearly 25 minutes and they still managed to put the wrong sauces in the bag. It was the end of a long day and we were exhausted, any other day I would have gotten a refund and gone elsewhere.
