The employees are actually really nice so I cannot give this too low a rating, but we do find it odd that this Taco Bell is regularly closed during business hours. I’ve come to Taco Bell on weekdays at 7-8pm and they are closed without us knowing why. When we think about it, it may be staff shortages, so we don’t want to harp on them too much. Like most fast food places not everything they send out is perfect but the overall quality of the food for Taco Bell standards doesn’t usually disappoint. Overall if you’re hungry and want Taco Bell, this one is plenty fine, just be prepared that it may be unexpectedly closed.
They gave me a beefy 5-layer burrito the size of an El Monterey burrito (half the size of a normal beefy 5) that actually tasted like lukewarm cat food. Dunno if they didn't prepare the meat correctly or what but I was straight up not having a good time. Went to take a drink of my Coke to find that it was actually just flat carbonated water. Staff needs serious retraining on how to make their items. Ended up throwing out the entire order. Tbh that was the worst tasting and probably not up-to-code Taco Bell I've ever had.
Pretty standard fare for Taco Bell... But! They always give me WAY TOO MANY SAUCE PACKETS!! When I say a "few" packets, I literally mean a few, maybe 5 at the most, NOT 30!! It will take me a Year to go through this many packets! I only ordered like 4 or 5 things, I don't need 5 packets for each item.Please think of just how much money and waste you're throwing into these bags when you just dump a load of sauce packets in there each and every time.When someone orders 4 things, maybe only give them 8-10 packets, 2 or 3 per item... Not 30 packets!! Jeebus.
Good service, they've definitely improved since my last review. Some items are occasionally forgotten. The lobby remains closed though... other locations in the area have an open lobby for dine in.
Long wait. People cutting in line to walk through the drive-thru. Chaos within the staff, not knowing one order from another. Food was cold. It used to be a great location, but I'd avoid it now.
Saturday morning, waited in drive through for 20 minutes. Only four cars ahead of me, not fast food today. The girl at the window was very nice, probably a staffing issue.

Closed early after accepting orders and reporting ready to partner service. Ignored by staff
I'm in the drive through waiting to put my order in (6min waiting) I finally get to the speaker and a gentleman came on to take my order. I asked him how his night was going he said "not good" I replied "well hopefully your night is over soon." He then told me "stop talking and just give me your order" I was shocked that someone who's in customer service would say something so rude, disturbing and disrespectful, I decided not to go throughwoth my order. When I finally got to the window (13 minutes later) I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. Knowing that the manager is supposed to set the example of customer service and Brian has NONE. I will no longer go to Taco Bell because of of him.
Taco Bell y’all should pay your employees better so you don’t have to close due to lack of employees. I don’t blame the working class, I blame Taco Bell for not providing a livable wage. Be better.
