Employees were friendly and service was good. What I didn't realize was the change in menu ordering 6 inch, footlong, footlong pro. It was explained that footlong pro was double the meat. What was not told was the regular footlong had less meat than before the menu change. So much less meat that I thought I was eating a veggie sub. I probably will stop going to subway because of the deception. Why not just increase prices if that was your business model if you wanted more money for your original foorlong sub. Where's the beef?

Pretty much like any other subway all across the country.

I'm allergic to onions. The lady whom did my sandwich kept touching the red onions then made my sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves and she acted like she didn't hear me. I asked for the sandwich toasted, the chicken was still cold, that's nice. Basic had to throw away my sandwich after throwing up on my lunch break. Will NOT be going here again.

Plastic wrap in my food. Not sure how much I ate before I noticed so that's cool. Returned it and got my money back but that does not make up for the worry and wasted lunch break. Stay away and if you have to eat here double check your food. During covid time to know that I ate some outside wrapping is very disheartening and disturbing.

Customer service was basic, would recommend.Satisfied with my visit.

I didn't receive my drink, and my sandwich was not toasted. I use to work here. Not mad, just a little disappointed. I will order here again.

We came in and ordered two sub sandwiches. The food was amazing and the subway employee was AMAZING. The best customer service I ever had was from him at a SUBWAY!! He deserves a raise or a promotion because he has promise. Definitely recommend.

Dominique was lovely today, took care making our sandwiches, glad to see that it looks like the owner is trying to make this store better.

I had a problem with a horribly made sandwich. I called Emily the Manager the next day and she made it right and is giving me a new sandwich. That is good business, no hassle, just make it right with the customer.
