Rigoberto's has a big menu with all the standards plus a bunch of interesting items. It's all done well and done consistently. I can always count on this spot, even when others are closing early or have other problems. Big portions, good value, good service, good salsa selection, pickled carrots and grilled onions/peppers usually available. Love Rigoberto's!
Was on break and was craving some good street tacos ?. This place was close enough for me to get them and get a few bites in, plus I liked the look of the menu.Got there and ordered 3 street tacos with carnitas. Bonus: they have habanero salsa, so definitely got some of that.Young lady who helped me was very nice and the food came in a timely manner. Prices are good ?.Got in my car, opened up my container and was wowed by the amount of meat they put in: very generous. Smelled amazing and tasted even better: especially with the habanero salsa!I will definitely be back when I can: good stuff and great staff ??
Tbh it’s a love hate relationship with you guys.I love your food but I’ve also gotten sick from it a few times. Once it was really bad. I was vomiting all day.Today I came by and got breakfast burritos for me and my girl and we both got diarrhea. It’s the only thing we ate today. They’re freaking massive, for only $8. That’s why I love you guys but I can’t keep getting sick. You guys need better sanitation and make sure your food isn’t going past date.
Really good authentic tacos. Their chorizo breakfast burritos are super good, and their carne asada street tacos will leave you craving for more. Can't recommend this place enough. My partner and I love Rigoberto's!!! ???
Decided to finally try them after living in Milwaukie for about a year. There’s always a line, so I assumed it must be good. I went for the carne asada burrito- one of their more expensive menu items at $9 (includes rice and beans) - was pretty disappointed to bite into the burrito and find that the ONLY thing in the burrito is carne asada. Just A LOT of chopped up carne asada. There were a few pieces of tomato that didn’t add to the textural experience. I guess if you want a pound of cooked beef in your burrito and not much else, this might be for you - but personally, this was the most unbalanced and poorly constructed burritos I’ve eaten (and I’ve eaten A LOT of burritos). I actually took it apart and grabbed some tortillas from the cupboard and used the beef to make some better tacos with their beef and home ingredients. Not worth the wait, make tacos at home- or - Taco Bell? Half the price, 1/3 time the wait, 100% better experience.
This is supposed to be a bacon breakfast burrito with fried potatoes not old soggy limp French fries from the night before that didn't get used. This is very disappointing considering they usually have good food. This has become a regular thing now and I have even asked them when I order if they are going to be fried potatoes and I am always told yes and then I get fries.
Dependable, consistent, affordable and ACCESSIBLE AT 3AM after work! Not sure if it could get any better. Employees are always friendly no matter what time of day or night. Menu has a great variety. They provide a better value compared to the food trucks and typical fast food joints that aren't open late. Also, did I mention YOU CAN GET GREAT TACOS AND BURRITOS AT 3AM?
HANDS DOWN BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD IN PORTLAND. When I first went here, I was not impressed, HOWEVER; I ordered what was recommended to me by a friend's BFF. I ordered the Oregon Burrito, but am simply not a fan of burritos containing potatoes. After coming back through with my own BFF, an Oakgrove local, I admittedly quickly realized not only how wrong I was about the restaurant, but also why Rigoberto's is her favorite Mexican restaurant. Not only can you not go wrong with absolutely ANYTHING on the menu, but they are open 24 hours and have the Horchata around. Love stopping here for late night eats and locals like myself will drive from across town any day of the week just for their food, which clearly speaks volumes on just how wonderful their food is!
OLD Leftover Fries in Breakfast Burrito!!!! Called to find out why and was told they no longer use fried potatoes and now just use the leftover fries instead. Cold Old Fries are disgusting!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! RIGOBERTO. YOU ARE NOW A DISSAPOINTMENT TO YOUR BREAKFAST BURRITO COMMUNITY.
Some of the stuff here is great and some is inedible. You have to only order what you know is good and stay away from the things that aren’t. It’s so sad to see this place has gone down hill. I grew up with the 1990’s Rigoberto’s and it just isn’t anywhere near the quality or service
