I have been eating pizza hut over dominos my whole life ! I love pizza hut, but my order yesterday was the worst i have ever seen ! Pizza was burnt and had grease just dripping off the whole pizza. We had to soak it with napkins, My kids were hungry so i didn't have time to take it back. We did take out not delivery but definitely not woth the price i paid for a stuff crust pizza i will avoid this location from now on. If we paying good $ we should get good food !!!
Pizza hut could offer me a partial refund due to the lack of food delivered to me that I purchased. Also no notification was ever sent that the food had arrived.
Call in cause my order should have been here by now. The guy at pizza hut on Mcloughlin was very rude when I called in to check on my order . They sure can take money out of ur account in a hurry but sure slow getting ur food to you. It's been over hour now. Should be getting something for free or discount. Customer service he support suppose to be kind and nice speak nice to them
Ordered and even signed up for delivery text prompts. Got the prompt it was on its way and never received the delivery prompt. They left my pizza on the ground on my porch when there is a table and chairs less than a foot away. Since I didn’t know when it arrived, I got a soggy box and cold pizza. Not really happy about it considering it was almost $50 for 2 basic pizzas.
My order was for $17.78. I gave the driver $20.78 and the driver took the money and walked away ignoring me when I asked for my change. Nice to kniw that I payed to have someone steal from me.
Horrible service. Showed up for a doordash order, waiting over five minutes for someone to help me at the cash register. In the course of those five minutes the phone went off twice with nobody to pick up, and a line started forming in the small lobby while two workers filed past me doing other things. When I was finally helped by the only guy working in the kitchen, I found out the order wasn't placed. Obviously the highschool kids running around were doing the best they could but whoever is managing this place should consider trying a different job or quit like all the other workers who should have been there
My med cheese pizza was burnt and the pan pizza was not cook all the way through. Wings where great
Ordered our pizza at 6:30 and arrived at 7 to pick it up, order tracker said it wasn’t ready so we waited another 30 minutes and nobody would even awknowledge us at the counter. To the point my boyfriend said “hello????” And the employees just looked up and looked back down. Finally called and was told they aren’t taking orders and the women tried to hang up but I told her I placed my order an hour ago and she said they couldn’t make it. Super annoying we could have gone somewhere else if they would have just called.
Get the orders correct, cook the pizzas fully, make thin and crispy actually crispy
Never got my pizza, or my refund ordered yesterday and didn’t get anything the worker didn’t apologize or specify what was gonna happen with my order
