I was at this location about 4:45 PM today. As I waited in line, I watched one of the Cooks repeatedly grab the front of his mask to pull it down while he spoke to the other Cook. MASKS ARE FILTHY!! This young man was cooking the food with contaminated hands. Totally gross! I left and ate elsewhere. Not to mention that repeatedly removing your mask, defeats the purpose of wearing it.
Every time I go here, no matter what time it is, they don't have all of their menu available. Today I visited at 11:40 a.m. and they were out of rice, chow mein noodles, and a few other items. They said it would take one hour for the rice to be ready - an hour!! What time do they start preparing the food? Don't plan to go back any time soon.
Let me say that as a cook/chef of 22 years I expect places to be ran correctly. As I approach this Panda to get food i notice the manager outside chatting having a good time. Nothing wrong until I enter the building and notice dirty tables and half the food pots are empty. There is literally no selection and some young kid just left to fend for himself. As someone with many years of working it's businesses that are ran like this thsy end up serving the worst good and have the highest turnover rates. The back cook was just chilling. Anyway. I'll never step foot back in this place as there was no food available to order and it seemed like a hang out spot instead of a eatery
Been here twice now where it’s well after the time on google as well as the door that says they are open, and the door is locked with employees inside. After waiting a while they come open the door and no food is cooked so you get to wait longer. If you’re not open and ready by the time on your door that’s fine, then update it. Shouldn’t take my entire lunch break to get food from somewhere with express in the name.
This Panda Express is by far the worst one to visit. The I assume Manager by the way he talks to staff does not give the correct portions ever. I left with 4 pieces of orange chicken and when I asked for half fried rice and half chow mein I get childs portion. It wasn't even enough to have 3 fork full of noodles. I will not be coming back to this location again. All this guy cares about is blasting through the line and doesn't pay attention to what he is doing.
Regular Panda fare but NEVER ready with my on-line order, even when I arrived 5 to 10 minutes after it says to pick up. 90% of the time they have not even started it. Don't order on-line!
I am always surprised at the lack of food that is ready here. It's 11:55am and it's like they are surprised to sell food.No food ready makes it hard to order at this location. What we did get was standard panda.Also for eat in, please bring back the trays. It's helpful with children.
The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, the issue I had was with the food. I got a Sweetfire chicken and Orange chicken plate, the sweet fire was on point, however the Orange chicken almost made me lose my dinner. I'm not sure if the sauce had burnt or what, but it was quite displeasing.
Pretty much the same as any other Panda Express. The staff is friendly and trying there best to serve customers. No need to be rude to them while they give you your food. (I'm talking about you lady in front of me).
Don't order though Doordash. This was their idea of a bigger plate with 2 servings of chicken. Litterally just stole my money.
