Oh my goodness... I cannot rave enough about this adorable little hot spot. The food was incredible, so fresh!We cleaned our plates, the drinks were smooth and refreshing (im a huge fan of butterfly pea).The extra attention to detail and presentation will absolutely make me come back.10 out of 10 this will become my new favorite place.Oh and the owner Romano is a ray of sunshine; humble and helpful. Found this place for brunch on a whim while in the area and OMG what a gem! Service? Super friendly. Food? Scrumptious. Ambiance? Upscale, yet relaxed and unassuming. Drinks? Exquisite. 5/5 will recommend and will be back! (Edit to add more pics on subsequent visits!)
I was feeling pretty dour when I arrived. Depressed. Etc.Even with my dark cloud the brightness of this place blasted through.The food, great! Cauliflower bechamel. Delicious pesto. Fries that you can't quite say no to finishing...Thanks for bringing a bit of brightness to my day. You all need all the success you can get.And don't let your 2 1/2 late staff member and that sour red headed lady ruin your days.
Sunday Brunch with the ladies and Ovation nailed it! We were very well taken care of and decibel had a lovely time. The drinks were delicious and the did was amazing! The staff is wonderfully attentive and fun to interact with!Every time I'm here I feel valued as a customer and a person, such a wonderful combination to find right here in downtown Milwaukie!Bring your appetite and your smile, you'll need them both while enjoying your time at Ovation!!

The staff was awesome and very attentive.... made you feel special. The food and desserts were excellent, only concern was part of my wife's dish was a little cool, not hot. Other than that it was an excellent experience and I would like to return there soon.
My friend and I stopped by today for the first time. From the moment walk in Ovation Bistro is so welcoming. The atmosphere is so lovely. We have the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ramano today too. Romano is so kind, easy to talk with, and definitely has a passion for good food! When our food arrived it was not only beautiful but tasted amazing. We had brunch this morning at Oblation and we were greeted with great service and a truly delicious meal. I highly recommend the made to order beignets, the Brussels sprouts and the spring salad. My goodness. I was over the moon with my menu selections as was my daughter. As a private chef and experienced foodie, I can honestly say this is the best restaurant in Milwaukie. I am very much looking forward to my next dining experience here.
Lovely as always! If you're looking for a place to feel welcome and enjoy a delicious meal and maybe a drink, this is the place to go. Romano and Sean goes above and beyond every time, along with the chefs. My passion fruit cocktail was TO DIE for! We had the steak and pork medallions; the most tender piece of pork I've had!What are YOU waiting for? Go in! have some brunch! enjoy some kettle chips (made in house!) and make some memories! ?
So so so wonderful. Asked if we were vaccinated before seating us, so we felt very safe removing our masks and eating. The obvious LGBTQIA+ flags/sign outside and gender neutral sign on bathroom also was comforting. It feels like such a safe environment in the middle of, what feels like, a very conservative town. Amazing server and the chef brought out our food and asked how everything was. I love this place.
