The food wasn’t bad but unfortunately I’ve found it hard to forgive their attention to service. I cannot ever recall a time that I consciously chose not to leave a tip. I am allowing for this period of post pandemic service but to be acknowledged on entry and then forgotten only to the point of seemingly nothing else to do. I felt like someone just wanted to say… “are you still here”? There was enough lag time after finally getting my order place to run across the street to a Mexican restaurant place the order, receive the order, carry it a block to my car then return to Ohana and take a seat and still wait. My last disappointment was to find the order was ready but it took some time for the server to take notice that I was still waiting. In being fair with this review, I’ll state again that the food wasn’t bad but there is another popular local Hawaiian which I think is much better. It was the attention to service that failed here and I regret I stopped in because I am not thrilled in making this review.

Average mainland Hawaiian food - super disappointing that there was nothing for a birthday party dessert. We had candles and everything, but no dessert.I inquired why they always sold out before the weekend arrives and was told they just do. Well, that's a shame.

First time here. Large portions, great taste, friendly service. I will be back.

This place is a family favorite. Friendly staff and the food is always amazing. Our extended ohana (family), enjoys pretty much everything on the menu but a few favorites include the island style beef, kalua pig, yaki soba noodles and the charbroiled tofu steaks! Those who love Hawaiian style mac salad will enjoy and for those who don't , order the green salad. Really something for everyone here, kids will love it too! Highly recommend!

Awesome grindz, great food and friendly service. Hawaiian through and through from the food menu to the beer selection. Order the Luau plate the Lau Lau is money. Teriyaki chicken is very good.

Awful. Thought we’d try this place - we usually get Roxy’s. Got coconut shrimp, way over cooked, dry, no sauce. Short ribs are lazily made, very dull and cooked too quickly. Teriyaki Chicken looks like two Safeway chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce dumped on it. Not at all like the photos. The Kaluha Pork is ok, but wasn’t enough to redeem. Mac salad is just macaroni and mayonnaise..no carrot, nothing. This whole meal looks like UNREAL LAZY. Just terrible, will never order again.

Consistently really good food! Never been to Hawaii, but definitely feel like an islander when eating here. Loco Moco is so worth waiting for: best gravy off the islands I'm sure. The pineapple jam for the coconut shrimp I could eat by itself-although the shrimp are to die for. Have tried most of the combo specialty items and haven't had a bad one. Dessert is great-don't forget to save room!

The shaved ice machine was not working. I would have given them a 5 star rating if I could have gotten it. The teriyaki beef and coconut shrimp I had were excellent. The pulled pork was good, but a little too salty for me.

This is one of the few places I can get Lau Lau and poi. Ono brah. The homemade coconut ice cream is the best dessert I have ever had. Kona beer on tap. Great lunch.

NOT GENERIC hawaiian food. The food didn’t have a sprinkle of seasoning. The macaroni salad tasted like absolutely nothing. Not even salt & pepper used
