I ordered a single meal and was charged for multiple extra sandwiches. When I asked for a refund I was told that I could only be refunded for one of the sandwiches but they would tell me why. I was never told my total at the window but I didn't think anything of it because my order was correct on the screen when I finished ordering. I've managed multiple fast food restaurant and this is unacceptable on many levels. Never coming back here.
I ordered two big Macs one came perfect the second was Burned. I took the second one back to exchange it and they give me another big Mac but now it only has one Patty horrible horrible business don’t ever recommend eating here
I normally don't mind eating McDonald's at all, usually one of my to go places, but I went to this location and whatever my mom and I both ate, made us both violently sick and throw up, granted that's the only food I had at all yesterday. Worst McDonald's experience ever!??
My bic Mac had no meat in the burger. Swear to God y'all are the meme of messed up food! I hate this story messed up as usual. Fire your managers and restart.
Asked for a Mocha Frappe with extra expresso, which is usually all I get. Instead, I get Mocha Frappe with regular coffee: Way watered down not even a frappe at this point. Coffee lovers know the difference. They also tried charging me full price for the Big Macs that I was getting for my partner, instead of 2 for $6... Never going here again, I'll now drive the extra few miles to Clackamas.
It's McDonald's so you know. It seems like the fries are a lot less consistent than they used to be. Old oil? They are soggy more often than they are crispy and tasty.
This is by far the best McDonald's around and the manager is a real sweetheart . Got through the line fast and you got special on French fries I mean who can beat that
Spent about 15 minutes in drive through line, our order was short 2 items, so we parked in parking lot & went front doors which were locked. The Manager answered the door through the locked door & said they'll get my missing food items. I stood outside 10 minutes then called the McDonald's & watched her ignore my call as a team member told her that I am calling.
This experience was a lot better than the other McDonald's I live near. The drive thru window worker was extremely sweet and was patient with me when my change fell down the side of g my sweet. He even covered the cost because I was having difficulty with getting the change down there. It wasn't a whole lot of money but the fact that he understood my frustrations and limited funds. He deserves notice of his empathy for customers and be placed in a position to shine his light and example. So tired of the ones you get up to and they have the attitude of u just ruined the day . Or something else. Thanks McDonald's for hiring a good guy.
