This location was amazing during the pandemic, to the point that we made an effort to patronize this location nearly daily from March of 2020 through the lockdowns... Since then the service at this location has slid from exceptional to mediocre and now to rude. This is a shame Andi hope that the franchisee improves customer service training.
Last week someone walked up & cut in line at the drive thru and raised their voice at the employees, furious they arrived too late for a breakfast order. the employee/manager kept their composure and dealt with the situation until the irate person left.These employees deserve a raise for their professionalism.
Biught the cruspy chicken sandwich. The only thing besides the bun and chicken were pickles. Isn't there suppose to be a spread or mayo on it?Staff was polite and courteous.
8 am egg McMuffins for me and for my son got off work all night to eat breakfast in the car in 20 below is cruel and got sick from awful food poisoning no restroom opened!! he had to call in that night from stomach pains and stuff you don't want to know! Won't eat there again ! Screw their egg mcpukins
Not the most consistent quality. Sometimes really exceptional, sometimes pretty poor. Overall better than the average McDonald’s, however.Would have been 4*, but nutritional value and tastiness of food provides relatively limited value for cost.
15 employees. 15 and it took forever to e5 my food. They are mostly worried about drive through and make people picking up orders wait forever.It's fast food. 15 people shouldn't e taking this long to throw a burger on a bun.Looked a the car per hr. Like in the 80s.Thats nothing. I can cook full meals for that many in a hour.And it's rarely right.

Average McDonald's, a bit of a line during lunch and dinner, they close a little early so if you are a night owl you won't be able to get any food from here, I would recommend going an hour before they say they are closing because it usually is not correct for most McDonald's. The food has been accurate and well made 95% of the time, and if you were on the app they always get the order correctly, just make sure to choose the drive-thru option to correct any mistakes while you're at the front window.
More McDonald's needs to take notes on how to make a short staffed crew work as if they actually have a full crew! I've always thought, "geez why do some of the richest companies in the world have such labor shortages" the answer is in the pay, raise it, because I think this McDonald's actually pays some of the highest wages, oh yeah they are franchised no wonder
They are very fast at this location and get the order right, pretty much every time.
