I appreciate the fact that they did not have the restrooms locked. I needed to use them and without asking to open them I was able to get in and go to the toilet that was appreciated. However the sinks use a hands-free interface and do not both function. Only one of the two things would respond to my hands under it and then when it did it sprayed the water with too much pressure. That it splashed all over my shirt.
Tables weren't cleaned. Floor was dirty. Went to use self checkout. Went through the trouble of ordering 3 meals and there were no number cards to place on the table for workers to find us when they bring out the meals. Went to the counter and was ignored. Finally had to go behind the counter and get someone's attention. Then had to reorder the 3 meals again and she said she'd bring them out. Sat at our table for 15 minutes and no food. Went up to counter to see what the problem was and our food was just sitting there getting cold. And the place was practically empty.
I don't expect an enormous amount out of McDonald's, this one however, has to be one of the worst I have ever been to. The employees. Just don't care about quality at all. All. They will just hand you trash and look you right in the face and be like what? They handed me a snack size McFlurry with almost more ice cream on the lid than was actually in the cup When I asked for a new lid the employee begrudgingly complied. He didn't replace the lid though. He just wiped it off a little and handed it back. When they handed out my husband's drink. It was just dripping soda so when he handed it to me my hands just got soda all over them. I'm sure they're short staffed, and I can understand feeling the pressure. However there's got to be some standard.
Had a broom and dustpan right in the middle of the walking area with dirt that it look like they were in the middle of sweeping up right next to it other than that the staff were good and the food was to par
THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 9PM!!!I'm giving you a 1-star review now. You keep posting your hours showing you're open until 1am, but every Wednesday for the last year and a half, on my way home from late shift, you're on my way home soni try to grab a quick dinner, but you're actually CLOSED before 9pm. Lights off, drive-thru CLOSED. I've even gone thru to the dark window at 9:30pm and challenged your working staff, shown them the hours that say 1am on Google, and they say NO, they closed at 9pm. So I change the hours on here, it gets approved, and by the next week you've changed it back. That is a LIE. You're not open until 1am anymore, you haven't been for the last year and a half, maybe two years at this point, staff blames it on COVID.9:37pm and you're CLOSED!!This location closes at 9pm!!!3/2/2022
Walked in because the drive through line was out the parking lot. They REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER, directed me to the kiosk or the app. I stay to order only because I was in a hurry and so hungry I wasn't thinking straight, th only reason I'm putting McDonald's food in my body first place. But I will not be back. +1 star because the staff was polite, my gripe is with the owners.
Worst french fries I ever had. Cold, soggy and no salt. The chicken sandwich was barely warm and chewy.
The app said that they are open google maps said that it is open. I went there around 10 30They were already closed and no one said anything about it. If you guys actually want food just go the the Taco Bell next door they actually keep up with the schedule
McDonald's rarely stands out from location to location but I have to say, the owner of this one cares. The food is always top notch, hot and fast. We have never been served cold fries or stale burgers here. Even the Soda machine is cleaned regularly. It shows. Try them!
I made a mistake with the app while going through the drive through but the team made it right. Food was freshly made - great experience all around.
