Haven't been in here but once, and didn't really win anything...
This is a nice and clean and quiet establishment, as most Dotty's are, the chain has simply lost its luster for me. Cig prices used to be substantially less than other retailers, now - meh. They serve liquor, but seriously limited bar stock, staff and servings allowed makes that accommodation - meh. It's a cash only operation, no debit cards or ATM and that's inconvenient. Smoking is no longer allowed inside, so...just meh.The idea behind a Dottys store is that it's a place to go and gamble quietly outside the bar scene, but now it feels even more like a managed bar/club just barely hanging on; the crowd and inside atmosphere lacks. The sandwich bar is still excellent, but..why bother?

Love this store! Clerks are the best! Lots of jackpots.
Went to the Dotty's on Harrison Street in Milwaukie, OR. The machines were clean, however there were a number of people outside the door, smoking and one of them had reserved a machine but she didn't come in for 30minutes. The cashier was also outside smoking for some time so customers had to wait for her to come back to cash out a ticket or make a purchase. I didn't find that appealing at all.
Friendly staff and clean environment.
Went there with a friend the other night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
