Service was terrible. We asked for more coffee and cream. It never arrived. We never saw the person we thought was our waitress again during our visit. The servers changed right after our order was taken. We had to flag down a "random" person for coffee. Again it never arrived. We left very disheartened. When paying and expressing my concern, the cashier didn't seem to care and then gave me attitude when my phone number for points didn't work because they were on a different system than other franchises.... I definitely don't recommend spending your money at this location.

Been coming to this location for a while now and I have to say I love this place. The food is amazing the service is top notch! I have never had a bad experience coming here and will enjoy coming back for years to come. One particular employee named Jonathan always seems to be in high spirits and is always a pleasure to have as my server. If you have yet to try out this place do not wait any longer it will definitely be your new favorite breakfast/brunch place.

The bacon cheeseburger with fries was excellent. The service, not so much. The waitress hardly came by during the meal and came to cash me out when I had barely finished the burger and only had eaten a couple of fries. I told her that I was still eating and she seemed to have an attitude about me wanting to finish my meal.If the rest of the food is as good as the burger I will probably put up with a less than cordial waitress.

We were at the Hale's Biscuits cafe before it was good food, better than others. BUT, the guy that caught us at the door was rude. Asked us how long we were going to stay? This was on March, Tuesday 8, 2022, and it was at 1:50, with the doors still unlocked, the posted closing times was 2:30. The guy at the door let a gal in to eat before us, and asked us how long we were going to take, they were going to close in 15 minutes. This was the best Biscuits cafe around, and my wife and I aren't going to any Biscuits cafe ever again.

Food was warm, but? Not very tasty, definitely not previously Hales! Biscuits bland, chicken fried steak over cooked and bland. Eggs over cooked and rubbery. $22 never again.

Absolutely awful. We went to meet friends for breakfast, got to start with a weird interaction with the host who didn’t believe us when we said our friends were already seated? Once we convinced him our party was inside, it only got worse. Our friends had already ordered drinks, and when the waitress came back, she Insisted on checking our ID’s (I’m 35, but whatever) - but then walked away without taking any drink order? Maybe they were under staffed? We had poor service, food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, the potatoes were undercooked. My wife’s omelette, inedible, looked like roadkill. I would rather eat a McMuffin, and they’re disgusting. If you are thinking about eating here, do yourself a favor and skip breakfast.

Service is friendly and fast, but they cant cook eggs very well (Chef thinks over-easy is totally raw with clear egg dancing across your plate). Last time my yoke was cooked solid...perhaps the third visit, they will get it right :-)

This was the first time I've been to this restaurant, I've lived in the area my whole life, and when I saw this place open it looked like a really cool, friendly place to be, and I was right! It is a little loud, but that personally doesn't bother me. Angie was my waitress and she was very friendly and thoughtful, she actually mentioned a burger I might like that was off menu and that they could make it for me, I said that would be great and when the burger came out it was absolutely delicious! Bacon, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, ham slice, oh my! It was great, fries were fried well and salty! Drinks weren't watered down, and overall it was a very pleasant experience, will come again.

Have been at this location at least 7-10 times, since it is geographically convenient for my friends to meet up at.Our thoughts? They are SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes eggs and other items come out hot and fresh, but more often than not they are luke warm at best. I actually stopped ordering scrambled eggs entirely because every single time they were cold. Like, sitting out for an hour or two cold. It was pathetic!Worse, maybe every week or four you get good service, but most of the time you get a waiter/waitress that shows up for the order, and then not again for 30-40 minutes. It is the worst service ever, and we are not picky!Last time we were there, we arrived at 11:30am on the dot, and it took literally 45 minutes from being seated to ordering and receiving our food, which was not complex or special in any way. It was all breakfast stuff that takes maybe 7-10 min to cook at most! The prior time it was almost as bad.And after all that wait, the food we received was poor to mediocre at best! The hash browns were burned orange/red, and tasted like caramelized cooking spray. (The horrible taste you get when you overcook things on your stove. It was disgusting.) My friends' over easy eggs were anything but over easy, and his hash browns were just as ruined.Bottom line, I cannot recommend this restaurant or their chain at all. While you may get lucky, and 30-50 percent of the time your food will be good and delivered on time, 50-70 percent of the time it will be slow, cold, or otherwise gross. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We went to Biscuits for brunch and the food was AMAZING. My wife got the chicken fried chicken and the gravy was OMG! I got the corned beef and it was delicious and tender. Our waiter took a minute to get to us, but he was awesome when he got there. The flavored mimosas were good and my wife got the Bloody Mary and loved it. They even serve what seems like homemade jam. We'll definitely be back!!
