Had the Hot Mama pizza, because I love something with fire and kick, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Amazing pizza and great food cart location. 100% will be back for more pies and garlic knots!
You know it’s good when you can’t be bothered to take any pictures when you first get it! These will have to do for now, but “fresh” photos next time (because there will be a next time!)Delicious individual-ish pies that easily feed two or make for great leftovers at a great price. Also serving up amazing and HUGE cookies. I don’t go in for sweets normally, but these are worth it. Pizza seasoning is spot on and the ingredients are top notch, but the star is really the dough. They may not be using NYC tap water, but it’s just as good as any slice I’ve had on the east coast.Throw in the great location and multiple parks within walking distance to chow down and you’ve got a must try.
Had the simple cheese pie, and it was delightful! The crust was truly the star of this pizza (chewy and flavorful with exceptional blistering that you only get with a really, really hot oven), and it was well complemented by a tangy and simple red sauce with just the right amount of gooey cheese. So excited to have a wood fired pizza option in Milwaukie.
I’ve tried Experts Only w/ anchovy, Classic Pepperoni, Hot Mama, Salmon Pie, All Bark No bite, and G’s Cookie. They were all amazing!! My family’s fav was All Bark No bite. +Nice location! The kids loved watching the Max go by.
